I had taken my Venza to this location 3 times with a knocking noise, they finally said it was the rear sway bar links and it needed a link kit to fix the problem, which would cost $363.00. I approved the work, it was done. They call and said its fixed and the noise is gone. I didnt get 2 blocks away and I could hear it again. They replace something that do not need replacing and it cost me $363.00 I then took my car to a local mechanic, it didnt take him 3 attempts, he found the problem right away. It was rubber bushing, (in the front not the back) which cost about $15.00. Kal tire was also supposed to get back to me on two different occasions in reference to the availability of rear struts, never heard back from them. I have a family of five and we all have vehicles, of which I own 4 of them, none of these vehicles will see the inside or a Kal tire shop...except to fix a constant problem I have with a tire that keeps leaking, which they put on brand new. I could keep going, but I have to go to work.

My Trans Am drove perfect before I dropped it off. Had 4 new Michelin Pilots put on which took them all day. When I went to check on it at lunch time the car wasnt at the shop. My coworkers reported they saw it driving down Portage Ave. When I went to pick up the car, someone had put 16 kms on the car and the car now wobbled badly. When I asked the staff about it they said "Yeah we couldnt balance them because your rims are bent" When I looked at the rims I saw a rub mark that someone had tried to rub off both my rear tires and both rear wheels were bent. When I asked for a manager they told me no one was available. The car wobbled so badly that it was dangerous to drive above 60 kph. Fountain Tire inspected the wheels and confirmed that someone had curbed the car. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS KAL TIRE AGAIN nor will anyone from my office of 26 people.

I got a flat tire, after doing the old tire change I brought my car to Kal Tire. I spoke with a Gentlman named Todd, he was very nice and helpful. Long story short; dropped off my tire, couple hours later they called to let me know that my tire had started to crack and it was in my best interest to get a new one. He informed that the cracking most likely was happening to all of my tires, he went on to let me know about an MPI program for tires. I came in the next day, got my new tires put on, set up billing through MPI and was on my way. Having a flat tire is bad experience, Kal Tire was a great experience.

My tires are stored at Kal Tire. I prebooked to have my snow tires taken off and summer tires put on and received the $25 discount. I dropped my car off early but was in no hurry to pick it up. There was no line up when I arrived. When someone else came in the manager got someone from the back so that he could also be served right away. They sent me a text when my car was ready which was before the time of my actual appointment. I was very impressed with the service!!!

Unreasonably expensive extras. No free installation here. Asked for all season was sold UHP summer tires instead, didnt know what I had until researched it after the fact. Received phone call from store owner rather upset about the negative feedback I left. In the end we agreed to disagree.

We have brought our car in for new rims, tires, and have had repairs done here. My wife and I will keep coming back here for any further work that might be needed. Barry has been honest and right to the point with us. All our questions have been answered without leaving us second guessing.

Went in to buy winter tires and rims. Got asked by the salesman "Do you know what kind of car you have?" REALLY??? Funny how the guy beside me only got asked what kind of car he drove. You know men KNOW things like that....apparently women...not so much??
