I attended a stagette yesterday and our limo was scheduled (booked many weeks in advance) to pick us up at 7:30pm and drive us to Club Regent for a show which began at 8:00pm. At 7:35 the driver was called to confirm that he was coming, he said that he was sorry for being late and would be there in 5 minutes. By 7:45 he was still not there. Another phone call was made and again numerous apologies followed by comments about how he has never been late and blamed it on "stupid people" and ultimately hung up on us. The car finally arrived at 7:55pm and our disappointment only grew. There were shot glasses and cups littering the interior, when it was mentioned to the driver, his response was "I dont have time to clean". He of course did his best to get us to our event as quickly as possible, which required him to unsafely speed down residential streets, although we were still 10 minutes late. Thankfully, we were able to hire another company for the remainder of our night. Would not recommend this company to anyone who cares about punctuality, cleanliness and a desire to have your driver care about your safety.

I am writing in response to the review that was left about the limo driver being late, etc. I was also part of a stagette that same evening and we were the group that was scheduled for 7:00 pick up also going to Club Regent. (booked weeks in advance as well) In his defence, he was on time for us and we were the ones who delayed him unfortunately due to some very last minute circumstances. It would have also been our fault that he didnt get the chance to "clean up" as he was already late, however I would have to say the "shot glasses and cups littering the interior" comment is a bit of exaggeration. I apologized several times as we truly did feel bad for making him run late. We had a few more pick up and drop offs that night with him and he was on time each time and drove safely. After coming across this review just days after, I felt it was important that I clarified that he was not late on purpose and hope that people will not take that review into much consideration when deciding to use his services.

I booked Friendly Limousine service weeks in advance for attending and accommodating the grooms wedding party. The driver had called me in advance to confirm the date and times, as well as any specifics that were needed. Driver was on time when picking us up and friendly, and assisted the party in arriving early even with rush hour traffic not working in our favour that afternoon. T limousine itself was definitely one of the better ones that I have been in (have been in a 2 others, provided by two other servicing companies here in Winnipeg), and was clean as expected. Great people, would recommend their services and would book with them again.

They followed our itinerary and brought us to our destinations on time, the limousine was clean and the driver was very Friendly and kept checking up on us to make sure we are doing okay. I would recommend Friendly Limousine Service to anyone who is looking for excellent luxury transportation service.
