Took our van in for a estimate because our brake fluid was leaking. They told us that all our calipers were shot and needed replacing, all our tires needed replacing and all four rotors needed to be replaced, and of course the brake fluid. The estimate $3500. Which seemed really high. So i wanted a second opinion from a real mechanic. He said one caliper and rotor needed replacing and that was all, he even took pictures to show us where the leak was, everything else was fine. He did the work total cost for the parts and labor was $400. These clowns are crooks and take advantage of people who do not know any better. Do not take your vehicle into this fountain tire, not saying all fountain tires are con artists but this one was just brutal , thank god i got a second opinion or i could have been $3500 in the hole.

Went to crappy tire for an alignment and wheel balance. After waiting until 11:30 for my 10 am appointment, crappy tire said my car was too low for an alignment, I said OK, can you still balance them? They said yup. Waited until 1:00 got the call my car is ready. They only balanced the fronts... Frustrated I called fountain tire to see if they could fit my car on the alignment machine. They said stop by and we will try it out. They put a couple of boards down, and voila my car made it up the ramp. In and out in an hour or so, alignment done....no appointment! Friendly staff, was able to hang around and watch the tech align my car and see first hand that it was done well! I will be a return customer! Well done!!!

Terrible people. I brought my vehicle to this shop for the certificate of inspection for Autopac. Of course, they failed it and said to pass, it would need about $3000 in repairs. Then the guy said "just scrap it, youd get $1000 for it." Not only is that extremely disrespectful, it shows these guys have no respect for others property. My car is important to me. I got the necessary repairs done, and they still refused to "sign off on it," what a waste of $55 plus tax and I was determined to not pay another dime to this garage. Needless to say, I went to another Fountain Tire location in the city and they actually apologized on behalf of these schmucks.

Thank you to especially W.M at Fountain tire. On a whim ,went to check for low profile tires after going to Crappy tire after Crapy Tire told me I needed about $ 900 dollars worth of tires.They also rated my tire tread depth wrong and I know this since W.M at Fountain tire went outside with me to measure the treads and I could see it myself. Offered a great deal on practical tires and honored it. Was in and out with new tires shortly after dropping of my mazda 3. I would recommend this location highly.Thank you guys.

I have been to the fountain tire in southdale on vermillion road in Winnipeg. I was helped by the owner Anthony who really went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was safe while doing an inspection to change it from a BC vehicle to a MB vehicle. Even though they were booked solid they managed to fit me in so that I could get the inspection before my BC insurance expired and very very friendly. This store will be my regular.

Everytime I bring my car into Fountain Tire I always go see Wes. His customer service cannot be beat. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and fast! - He set me up with my Winter Tires for the Winter Tire Program through MPI. I was in and out within 40 minutes!! A+ Service from staff at this location. I wouldnt bring my vehicle anywhere else!
