This is a complain about enterprise at 3965 portage avenue : Worst rude manager ever.... Dont bother renting a car at this location. How can you file a complain about a manager?? With the manager??? And here goes the lack of logic; The incompetent manager at enterprise was too lazy to do this transaction she claimed "I am the manager here and we only accept the credit card holder to be the driver" we explain to her that 2 days before we had no problem renting a car with them; they just had to specify in the paper work that the credit card holder was not the driver she rudely reply " Im the manager here and I will talk to whoever did that...... Please change your manager to someone with better work ethics and a brain ( we finally rented a car at Thrifty) car rental at 1760 Wellington I recommend it highly they allow me to pay a rental car with my credit card and add a second driver with no attitude no fuss ... Excellent quality service.

If I could rate this place zero stars I would in a heartbeat. Terrible service, terrible employees and the worst and laziest manager I have ever met. Dropped the car off at a location they said they would pick it up from and looked over the car and nothing was wrong only to receive a letter a week later saying there was damage that was done when it wasnt in my custody and they were going to charge me. Dealt with the manager here and got it dealt with thinking that it was all over with and we didnt have to pay. Only for this lazy manager to send it to a different location and then refuse to talk to me when I called back to inquire about it. Fire your manager and get someone who is component at their job and not a baby and can deal with customers.

Terrible location. I rented a SUV on the first day of a storm and it was the last one they had, it had some damage but I took it anyway because the manager said he was aware. Well, the SUV didnt have a front licence plate and they didnt give me the rental agreement. I had it for about 45 days, I dropped it off and about 3 days later they took $700 from my credit card for damages that were previously there. I called the manager and asked him why he would charge me $700 for damages that he knew about and he gave me attitude and told me they wouldnt rent out a car with damages and he didnt know what I was talking about. The manager was very unprofessional and unorganized, will not be renting from them again.

I just wanted to bring attention to the excellent service that we received from Haven Jdi at the 3965 Portage Ave. location. Friendly, courteous and professional are the first things that come to mind. The company bosses should put the effort into keeping this gentleman around & groom him for bigger and better prospects. His service is why I would rent again and the main reason for suggesting others go there.

Dont rent from here. Seriously. Dropped the rental car off at an agreed location, then after it took them a couple of days to pick it up damage had occurred to the vehicle far beyond my control. Now theyre trying to stick me with a $900 bill. I am paying for THEIR negligence. Neither me, or anyone I know will use enterprise for any purpose again. Terrible company.

This place is a total ripoff. After I returned the vehicle they called me saying there was damage n gave me a $500 bill but I know for a fact there was no damage at all. What a scam.
