All most 2 years ago, i was recommended by Mpi that i should go to Donvito. I took my car and pick Donvito not knowing i would go through the problems i had faced. I phoned them and the did not know where my car was, for 2 weeks i tried to get a hold of them. I went to every location and found my car in the very back of the building myself. They worked on my car and i didnt get it back for nearly 3-4 months, once i went to sign the papers there was hidden fees which i had to pay myself, around 3k to be exact. Mpi covered the rest which was 8k. as soon as i got my car back they lost all of the wheel caps and left the dash lights on (airbag, seat belt) and on top of that, the car kept making noises. every time i went over a bump and turned it would make an awful noise... so they didnt fix all of the problems from the accident. I called Mpi and they said that Donvito has to fix everything. Donvito refused. Mpi tried to fix the issue and they couldnt help. Donvito said i had to go to the BMW dealership to fix everything and then they would pay me back. i went to the BMW dealership and they were shocked about the things Donvito was doing. They fixed the issue and then i paid the dealership and contacted Donvito about reimbursing me and they refused. A person from the BMW dealership was helping me the best he could and there was a point where i couldnt do anything and Donvito really stressed me out and did a lot of damage. DO NOT GO TO DONVITO. NOT RECOMMENDED. Ok, this is the story with dates. I had an accident on June 30th, same day I did a claim with MPI. Couple weeks later, met with my adjuster for details. On July 29th, MPI did estimation of my vehicles damages. So far so good. Monday July 31st called to book an appointment for additional estimation, which took an hour to do, for August 4th. On August 4th went there, waited an hour for them to find more damages, OK, & their in-house estimator assured me that he will submit a new request to MPI for approval, should not take too long to wait, 3-5 business days, & they will call me to drop my car off for repairs. Awesome, I thought. yeah, right.... Today, August 18th, 2 weeks later, I am calling Donvito shop to hear that I need to find out on my own with MPI what is taking so long. called MPI, they never got any new requests regarding my claim, surprised I am not. Called back to donvito, the receptionist said he will find out whats going on & call me back at noon. 14:00 no calls yet. Called again to donvito, only to hear that their in-house estimator SUBMITTED the request this morning at 10:00. What?! are serious? Moreover, they suggested me to follow up with MPI to make things faster! So long donvito, You lost a customer. Hello Boyd Autobody, you gained a new customer :)

Got my repaired car a few weeks ago. While cleaning yesterday, Ive observed that the window chrome trim near the panel they repaired was full of scratches. I am very sure they caused this because the chrome trim next to it has very minimal scratches on it and I almost always clean my car myself and so I would know easily if there are scratches on a certain area or not. When I brought it today to tell this concern, they told me that the scratches were already present even before they repaired my car. Wow! Seriously? It is very obvious that you caused these scratches and yet youre denying it. Someone has offered me to pay $100 to have it replaced. Are you kidding me? Why would I pay for the damage that I didnt do in the first place. I was totally upset and disappointed with the way they responded to my concern. I would never bring my car again to this place for repair. I wouldnt recommend this repair shop due to this bad experience I had. After repair service is terrible, didnt expect the reasoning theyd given me. Hopefully, Id be the last one who will have this experience.

Outstanding service. I know I am a very demanding client. The staff at Don Vito went above and beyond for me. A huge shout out to Cheryle and Wong at the front desk. They catered to my every need and want. Thank you! Even thoa my insurance did not provide rental insurance, Don Vito provided me with a no cost rental car for 21 days while my Land Rover was getting MPI body work done. I would recommend Don Vito to my family and friends.

Just finished up a 3 month long process with MPI. And my comments aside regarding MPI (which are not flattering at all). I have to say Don Vito @ Sargent have been absolutely amazing, from the two ladies at the front, to the body shop. I have been floored with their patience and outstanding customer service. I have no doubt I will continue my business with them and recommend them to friends and family.

If there was a no star option thats what i would pick. 4days turned into 4weeks. Staff doesnt know how to tell the truth. Just give you a round about answer and say they will call you back.....only when its ready. It was an MPI claim so maybe they do things differently. But any service should be done in a timely matter not be put on the back burner while the customer waits semi-patiently.
