If all used car dealerships were like this one, their unfortunate stereotype would be exactly the opposite! I was looking for vehicles on Kijiji, and found several for eye-wideningly good prices, all of which said Carvista on the ads. So I checked them out, and am happy I did. I ended up dealing with Steve, whos customer service from beginning to end (I took about a week from my first road test to getting financing from my bank and purchasing the vehicle) was the epitome of "above and beyond." He even gave me his personal cell # so I could text him any time, including evenings and weekends. Most importantly though, I love my new vehicle. My new GMC Terrain has less than 15,000 km, and I picked it up for FAR less than had I bought new. Do yourself a favour and check out Carvista before buying anything new. Seriously.

Dealing with dealerships in the past I was a little hesitant on making the decision to look for a new vehicle. I found my 2015 GMC terrain on Kijiji. I emailed Michael Crabb for assistance and he was extremely polite, helpful, accommodating and laid back. Theres nothing worse then dealing with a pushy car salesmen that makes you feel like just another number trying to make a sale. He listened to what we wanted and let us make our own decisions about the vehicle. He was very honest ( something that most people lack these days) and easy to deal with. We showed up 10 mins prior to close last night - as we are from out of town. Michael and Steve didnt rush as at all. We knew the vehicle we wanted to look at and it was ready for a test drive when we got there. Service from both of them was exceptional. We were there a good two hours beyond their closing time and never felt like we were a bother. The atmosphere was relaxing, as well as they both werent pushy. We left with a fantastic vehicle for an amazing price and financing lower than what our own bank offered. You two were awesome. Tristan enjoyed himself too! Thanks again guys, youre great, and we will definitely be back next time we are looking at vehicles!

I bought a 2012 Hyundai Genesis from them its a beautiful car! When I bought it Steve told me it wasnt a "lemon" but about a month later in April the air conditioner went we called they said bring it in and they will fix it brought it in it got fixed I was happy then in June I went to turn on my car And it was making an awful noise turns out the whole air compressor clutch went...bigger problem now so we called again and they said we will fix it for $600 we said no and got it fixed from the Hyundai dealership and now again third time the air conditioner is going this is ridiculous maybe you guys should fix your stuff before you sell it!

It was my first time buying a vehicle, being young I was told that car salesmen would try to get the most money out of me for not knowing/ being new. Living six hours from the main center made the process difficult but my salesman Michael Crab was amazing texted me during non working hours, gave me a virtual tour of the car in a thunderstorm via face-time, was completely straight up with prices (got me a really good car for a fair price) and met all the criteria I was looking for in a car. Over all my experience was amazing couldnt have asked for anything else. I would go back to carvista for a car any time! Abbi

Just got home with my new truck from Car Vista. My situation was awkward as Im here in Winnipeg on a short term basis from Ontario and wrote off my previous truck here compliments of a careless driver. Being that I needed to remain here for a couple more weeks, the knowledgeable staff at Car Vista helped me find an ideal solution to my conundrum and hooked me up with sweet deal on a great ride. It is very unlikely that I will ever buy a car anywhere else. My Dad purchased a vechicle a couple weeks prior and said the same thing, so naturally i checked it out. I got there at 9am, drove away with my vehicle and 10:50. The staff was amazing, everything about the experience was great. My last vehicle, it took 2, 3 hour visits, and 5 business days total for me to finally drive away, also 2 visits after that for things they missed on the safety. VERY happy with my experience at Carvista... My Dad would say the exact same thing.

Lady friend bought a "quality used vehicle" here. They do just enough for the automobile to pass safety but dont care if the convenience features work on the vehicle. Just because someone is buying used does not mean they arent entitled to a fully functional with all features working vehicle. We drove 2 hours to have things looked at just to be told well that doesnt interfere with safety to tough. Their service shop was filthy, cold and they do not offer courtesy vehicles. Piss poor experience

I recently made a purchase at Car Vista. I worked directly with Steve Zacharias. I heard many of the clichés that one hears at car dealerships, which makes it difficult to know whether you can trust what you hear. But when an issue came up with the vehicle that needed resolving, Steve went out of his way to make good on his word. He can be relied on see through on his commitment to his clients.
