Miraculously I am currently leasing a vehicle with Birchwood and it will be the last time I conduct any business with them. This dealership continues to fall flat on its face from the service side to the sales side. On the service side beware of misleading prices and expect them to take advantage of you if you are not paying attention. After a terrible experiance on the service side and bringing my concern to both the service manager and the general managers attention both of which were really confused why I was talking to them I went back to Midas on Pembina and Grant, where I continue to be amazed at the level of service and fair prices. Despite epic failure on the service side, I reached out to the sales side to discuss extending my lease business with them. Unsurprisingly my electronic inquiry was met with a short reply to bring me in the dealership. Did dealerships miss the memo this past decade has left about conducting business electronically or at least to conduct it to a point?. The sales rep was dead set on getting me in. After a few emails back and forth and inflated quotes, the sales rep advised that he would engage his sales manager and get back to me. I inquired the following day, late in the afternoon if he had an opportunity to have that conversation, his reply was "read my previous email". It seems Birchwood Infinitis Sales team are as professional as their Service counter parts. Needless to say I will not be returning and would advise anyone else in in the market to look else where because you deserve it. You wont have to look far.

Completely unsatisfied with my experience at Birchwood Infiniti. They had a week to get my vehicle ready (cleaned and detailed, windows tinted, accessories installed). Tried to get me to come and pay for the vehicle and drive off with it before everything was done and to "bring it back" in the following weeks to get all of the extras installed. After refusing the first time, I was asked to come in again to pay for the vehicle and take possession of it because the accessories that I had gotten them to throw in were "on backorder". Funny how that comes up on the final day of the month (meeting sales quotas, I presume?), and there was no mention of these backordered parts was made in the preceding week. So I take off work early to go down and sign the paperwork, which was a disaster in and of itself and took an hour because it was riddled with errors and inconsistencies based on the original offer. And once it was all said and done, my vehicle was covered in a layer of dirt and dust and was not even ready for me to drive away with. All in all, five hours of my evening wasted waiting to drive off with my incomplete vehicle. Still need to bring it back when the accessories arrive from Japan, apparently. Completely unacceptable, and would never purchase from again. I guess Im stuck with the vehicle for now... but I would never recommend any one deal with these people.

Shady Business!! Long story short, my new car was having severe throttle delay. From my research there was new software available through the dealership that could fix it. I spoke to their service advisor who said that I could come down and have my car re programmed and it would be covered under my warranty and I wouldnt have to pay a thing. I was very pleased and made an appointment. I live about 2 hours from the dealership so I booked the morning off and was there first thing. I met with the person who I had been emailing and spoke to on the phone about my problem ( Kory Soloway). It was at that point he told me that if my car did not require the software update or if it had already been completed for the previous owner that I would have to pay $150 out of pocket, just for them to check it. I understand everything costs money but this could have been explained to me before I booked off work and made the drive in which already put me out over $150. I was not impressed with this at all and left. I love my car but I will never go to or recommend this dealership to anyone. You would think a luxury car for a luxury price would come with decent customer service!

I recently applied for a used vehicle from this dealership. Most dealership Ive ever been in have a price list of vehicles they have in their lot but this dealership apparently price their vehicle as you walk in because I was seating in their lobby for a good 3 hours before I actually filled up an application. I must admit, I dont have that good of a credit but willing to put a little down payment for the vehicle. A week has passed and no one has called me back if I was approved or not so, I decided to call them back. Sure enough my application was declined but I just wish they wouldve let me know a little sooner. I went to Vickar after finding out that I was declined from this dealership. Surprisingly I was approved for a loan that is more than I applied for at birchwood with a much lower interest. My advice to those of you who read this review.....dont waste your time in this dealership. If you must because the vehicle you want is in this dealership, just make sure you are dressed nice to get their attention. Because if you walk in there with just shorts & t-shirts, good luck trying to get the salesmans attention.

I took my vehicle in for a warranty issue in January and no one called me back. The service department was not returning my phone calls, so I called the extended warranty company MYSELF to find out what was going on with my claim. Turns out that they had received NOTHING from Birchwood Infiniti about the issue. When I finally managed to get a call back from a service rep (3 months later), I got excuses about being short-staffed and the rep told me that he was unfamiliar with how to fill out the paperwork for a warranty claim. Since that conversation, the rep has given dates that he will contact me by, but I have yet to receive a call when promised. He keeps claiming that he has tried to get hold of me, but I have call display and call waiting and there is no record of phone calls from Birchwood. I have never encountered such poor service in all of my years of owning a vehicle.

Looking at a qx70s I asked the sales person "Can you tell me about the engineering of this vehicle" he responded "I dont know Im not an engineer" in a smug and condescending tone, I said "you dont know your product?" he said "Of course I do, but Im not an engineer" as he snickered arrogantly. We were ready to buy a q70x, but we bought an Audi Q5 instead two hours afters after we left Infiniti. Thanks for saving us the hassle of buying an inferior product. Keep up the good work, you have a great attitude towards customers, and an even better managing staff who supported this attitude.

I came in on a Saturday, without an appointment. It was 2:30 and the service department was closed but there was still a few employees there, one of them was Josh. When I went to him I asked him if they were still open, and I was told no. However I told him how I was on the way to the lake and that I heard a hissing sound from the tire. He still came out and looked at it and found a screw in my tire and went to find a tech, Jeff, who came out and stayed late to fix it for me! This is service that blew my mind and I would recommend both Jeff and Josh to everyone!
