Bought a used CRV there and heard suspension noises on the way home that I didnt pick up on the test drive. They wouldnt do anything to help cover the cost. Then later it needed both airbags replaced on the recall (which is not their issue) so I took it in when they eventually got them in - it took a lot of calls to line that up. Somehow only one was installed and they had the nerve to say it was my fault for not checking that both parts were in hand when I dropped it off - I should not have assumed that. There is no way Id take it in to only fix the passenger side. Still running it with the old drivers one not replace yet. Seems like you end up talking to everyone but the people who need to know what to do - things lost in communication between the schedulers, parts, service desk, mechanics and the cashier. Or maybe they collect more warranty money from Honda if the vehicle comes in twice? Has to be a better organized place to get Hondas serviced in Winnipeg. EDIT Sept 24 2016 I tried contacting the manager but no reply. In the meantime I took my vehicle over to the Honda on Waverly to get the airbag replaced - in and out in 30 minutes - seemed well organized in comparison to Honda West. They also had a proper parts desk setup staffed with someone who could assist. This may be a better place to service your vehicle or pick up parts...they are rated higher on google so maybe there is something to that.

i would give no star if i could. Damien a sales person there, told me that if i come in a car i was asking about would be waiting there for me and i could take it for a test drive right away. i told him im coming from out of town and didnt have a lot of time to waste. he told me i had nothing to worry about. He was looking at the car as we spoke and it was in really good shape and he confirmed the km and everything. i told him i would be there in a hour. when i got there they paged Damien and he was with a customer which was fine. i waited about 30min. when he was finally free he apologized and went to get the car. he wold me everything about the car. when i was sitting in it i noticed the km was wrong (30,000 km off) but he confirmed it over with me on the phone by looking at the odemter?? i told him this wasnt the right car. he didnt apologize or anything he just said he will grab the right one. another 20min later he came back and said the car wasnt there. It went for safety that morning! he lied to me by saying the car was right in front of him. he didnt even had the decency to even make sure the car was even there. i definitely wouldnt recommend going there, well at least not speaking to Damien, as he only tells you everything you want to hear. He is the definition of an sleazy used corner lot saleman!

I came to this location a while ago and had the worst experience. The service rep. was very nice and friendly in the beginning.She showed me some really nice cars and the 2016 Honda CRV with all the toys and extra perks added on, ended up catching my eye and so I wanted to take it for a test drive. So, she brings out the keys and paperwork to sign my name and to ask me for my license so she can copy it. When she came back, she wanted my email address - I personally dont like giving out my email due to the fact that viruses can get sent through there as well as non-stop spamming/advertisement. She did not like that I was not giving her my email, at all. So I explained my reasoning for not giving her the email, I asked to speak to a manager and she asked him herself. He told her to tell me that it was a "rule" of the companys to collect all info. from the customer in case an accident happens or for promotions/advertisements and I said I do not want to give out my email, again. As this went on, the sales associates temper got more noticeable and she started to become very rude. So I left. Because of a silly email address for advertisement/spamming purposes, they passed on profiting from an all new CRV which is (roughly) $26,190. Great way to run a business... into the ground.

Sales guy came off pretty douchey. I came in for a test drive and said I was interested in purchasing but I wanted to see what kind of interest rate they could get me. He brought a bunch of documents out for me to sign as if I was agreeing to buy the vehicle. Documents like what services they were going to do to the vehicle before I drive away with it, what payments would look like.. all without even running my credit report. Then he wanted a deposit BEFORE even confirming what interest rate I was eligible for. I told him that was unnecessary and I wasnt THAT in love with the vehicle. (Plenty of Honda CRVs around.) He had also written "congratulations" on the document like I had already been approved. It was all very bizarre and left me with a weird feeling about the place when I left. When the financial officer called me the next day to take my credit information I didnt call them back. My gut told me these guys were not trustworthy. Glad I did because I scored a BMW the next day! Their loss!

Best leasing experience of my life. First of I would like to start by thanking Shayan Jamali for all his work. I have never had the pleasure to deal with a better sales associate, the gentleman was really friendly, polite and very informative! He took me on a test drive and made sure to go over all the features the car had to offer. It was a fun and informative drive, will do again 10/10. I would also like to thank Derrick from finance for his part in this transaction, without his expertise I wouldve had a terrible experience. Derrick have helped me out before and just like the previous time it was great! Very professional but yet easy going, friendly and very helpful gentleman! He made sure to explain the paperwork and go over every detail so I wont have any surprises later. Over all I would say it was an amazing shopping experience and I would heavily recommend to go see those two gentleman, if you are in the market for a great car! Thank you guys and keep up the good work!

Called yesterday to set up an appointment to view a car the original car i wanted to view was pending sale so he said he could let me know if the sale fell thru. He then told me that he had a nice 2014 honda civic ex-l that was low kms and in great shape that was still avaiable. So after work i drove 30 minutes to the dealership and got my dad to meet me there as he knows lots about cars and when we arrived the sales men wasnt there and the used car sales manager said the vehicle was sold on saturday and was just picked up today. Not only did i was a hour of my day but also wasted gas on 2 vehicles. Poor communication, Poor managment. Will never even consider to buy a car from this dealership even if its exactly what im looking for. Used car manager offered to show me other vehicles none of which i was looking for. Do not deal with this dealership as they are poorly managed. Not even a single call today to say sorry from the salesmen
