This organization is by far the worst one I’ve ever dealt with. In the last 3 years i was involved in 3 no fault accident and theyve never been able to fix my car in the first shot. This 3rd time is very unique in the sense i took it 6 times and it is still not fixed, not only it’s not fixed they don’t even return my calls. They can talk the talk but can’t walk the walk. Below are the details on my ordeal. - Nov 2014 the car was in shop for a week and i got it back in early Dec. After few days of driving i noticed the car was pulling to the right where the car was hit and the tire kept getting low in air and the rear door handle was sticking out. I took it back and their manager Grant spent 45 min to fix it. I asked about the pulling and low air in tires, his response was that they will get in touch with MPI and get back to me. A month goes by no one contacted me. Early Jan i went back because the pulling to right got worst. Grant said to get the slow tire leak and that should fix the issue. After spending $43 to fix the slow leak the car was still pulling to the right. Second week of Jan i took the car back and this time Grant measured the tire thread and said one of the tire was bad and i need a tire rotation, he did not offer any rotation because they don’t have hoist at this location. The following week tire rotation was completed but the pulling to the right remained. In between i noticed the gap where the car was hit and repaired by Honda Collision center. In Feb i took both of the receipts of the repair and took the car back and said I’ve done what you asked for and the car was still pulling to the right, also showed them the gap in the fender. He said Lyndsey will call me back to book and appt. to get the car back in to the shop. Never heard back from office manager Lyndsey. 2 week later i called back and finally they give me a date to get the car in. One good thing they did was booked me a rental. So i dropped the car off and picked up my rental and off to work. The very same day i got my car back. Guess what, the pulling and the gap was still there. I called MPI and they said to get it checked by independent mechanic, so i found Bouch Auto’s and they found and fixed the problem in 45 mins with the agreement i will get the alignment from them. So i paid for it and the car was finally not pulling to the right anymore. The following week i called Lyndsey back they booked another appt. to get the gap fixed and same thing again, dropped my car and picked up the rental. The same day i got my car back and guess what "THE GAP WAS STILL THERE". Spoke to Phil who happens to be there at the time of my pick up and said they will order OEM fender and call me back to book another appt. this was 5 weeks ago and I’ve called them back and left 3 voice mail on May 22, 25, 26 and called them back on 27 no one answered my call. Ive put in over 14 hours of my workpersonal time and who is going to compensate me for that? THESE GUYS DON’T CARE, YOU’RE BETTER OFF TAKING YOUR CAR TO BACK LANE MACHANICE OR SOMETHING OR BETTER OFF DOING IT YOURSELF. I don’t know how to deal with this so i will be contacting MPI and BBB (Better Business Bureau) to file an office complaint. No client needs to go through this.

Horrible customer service, from the out of date Webpage to the one on one customer service reps. and G.M. Two weeks after the estimate I called to book the car in for the repair. I was told the car was currently was currently being worked on. When I enlightened the Service rep she put me on hold and came back promptly telling me the car was currently being worked on. Again I insisted I was calling from the car, she put me on hold and came back,this time she became combative and told me the G.M. would return my call. After 24 hours, and no return call from the G.M. I again called and was told we were waiting for MPIC to approve the repair. Birchwood already had the MPI forms that were pre approved. They also informed me it would be another three weeks before an appointment could be booked. Now I just want the MPI forms back and be done with these inept people. Three days later the G.M. returned my called insisting I bring the car in and have the mirror they ordered replaced before I take my claim elsewhere. Not likely Birchwood Group, worst customer service I have ever received anywhere.

Overall, its okay, but my experience wasnt great. The front desk service was a little lackluster -- its awkward standing there while no one acknowledges you. When you do get acknowledged, the front desk workers are friendly. But someone should train the front staff to say something to people who walk in immediately. Its just good customer service. Anyway, I took my car here a week ago for a bumper replacement, got it back, and found out my rear view mirror was cracked somehow during the process. My cars less than a year old, so this was frustrating. When I told them about this, they got on it, and apologized. That was at least professional and quick. I also appreciated how they cleaned they exterior and interior of my car when I got it back the first time. Theres some good, some very bad. Birchwood Collision Centre is at least accountable.

Very poor service "I call them and they say the person who handles my case will call back" they milk mpi and the result is a longer wait time (parts being delayed or waiting) I had to go back and get my drivers door looked and redone. Now my vehicle has less value than it should because they took their time and to top it off I was nice enough to return their equipment (Id assume it was very expensive so I brought it back) an employee left in the back. Now I noticed how my little rust spot has grown a lot since the repair, I assume its because the rust inhibitor was not hooked up and working during the time my vehicle was in the shop, Im afraid to take it back to only hear its too late. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

As promised I would rate again post experience. Prior my experiences were far from great. Minor hick up in the road that Brandy had no issued solving for me. The work they did all said and done was fabulous. Great interior cleaning as well which surprised me. I expected a half done vacuum but cleaned top to bottom. Natalie up front is awesome. Great communication and super friendly. I was originally going to give 4 stars but the extra mile they went this time really they deserve 6 stars. Great job hopefully I never have to go back but if I do they will be my repair shop! Thanks again Natalie, Brandy, and your team.

WORST EVER. Wish I could give no star. Was in and out for 5 months. Went in for a 2 tiny rust spots that was covered under warranty. They left a big dent in door jam, cracked my side skirt ( they painted over the crack thinking I wouldnt check it...) foot marks on driver door, didnt seal back hatch handle and told me it wasnt their problem even though they removed it to paint.( now I cant open trunk because water had gotten in over the winter and froze) vehicle went in with almost full tank left almost empty. Do not go there save yourself the time. Managers never call you back.
