My wife and I purchased a 2007 Nissan Quest in May 2015. We set up an appointment on May 22, 2015 to pick up our van. Upon arriving, the van had not been cleaned on the exterior. Usually when you purchase a vehicle, you would think it would be cleaned, not the case. After doing all the paperwork, we went home and I was in front of my wife in my truck and I noticed the day time running lights not working. I called Mike at Autoquest about a few days later to notify him of this. I also mentioned the exhaust we making a lot of noise. Had to set up an appointment to bring it in to get both of those problems fixed. I find it very funny that in the so called "150 point inspection", it says that the day time running lights are operational. Not the case. Since purchasing this vehicle from Autoquest in May 2015, my wife and I have had to replace the tires (because they were worn out and were out of balance, had a vibration $550), replace the passenger front wheel hub and bearing assy $588, replace rear shocks (was bottoming out) and van was delivered to us this way. Transmission oil replaced ($350), as the van was hard shifting and was that way not long after delivered to us and got progressively worse. Transmission oil should be replaced every 80,000 kms. The oil in transmission was black, which means, another thing not caught on the famous "150 point inspection, and it should have been replaced before we picked up the van". The driver side power window does not work, the windshield washer pump quit working a few months after delivery and the lower front ball joints are now loose, both front stabilizer links are loose. More money we have to spend. Theres no way we did this to the front end in 24,000 kms. When is it going to quit ? My wife and I are not impressed with Autoquest, there 150 point inspections are not what they are supposed to be, all smoke and mirrors. Terrible experience with this van because of Autoquest.

I wholeheartedly agree with their expressed satisfaction! You really dont want to waste your time with anyone else, you wont find the same commitment to your satisfaction. This group will do everything they can to ensure your total and complete satisfaction and their goal is nothing less. Amanda never gave up on me, though I was a tough customer.They let me ask the tough questions, they were open to challenges and all they did was tell me the truth. This is called INTEGRITY! Mike and Candis responded the same way, their confidence, assurance presented as reliable. When the winds of adversity apply pressure to your auto search and needs, finance application and service, the tree on a hilltop will sway this way and that but this tree has deep roots, it has integrity and remains committed to you the customer. These folks never gave up, they never wavered or quite. They believe in what they can do for you and they are confident you are satisfied, happy with your purchase. Thats integrity. Well I tell you what! Thats a deal I wont forget. Such commitment is rare these days and we live in interesting times people. They made a believer out of me. I will never forget this kind of dedication, commitment, focus and above all, integrity. This is exactly what the world needs.

I had the unfortunate circumstance of having my car written off due to an accident and had to find a car fairly fast. I searched multiple used car dealerships and AutoQuest is one of the best Ive seen. Clean, professional and helpful. I had my eye on a certain car at AutoQuest. After a few minutes Mike the owner came out the greet us. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. Answered any and all questions we had and seemed very knowledgeable about the car. He quickly offered us to test drive. We decided to purchase the car and he was very reasonable with negotiations. We had to go pick up a cheque for the purchase and they were very helpful pointing us to the nearest bank of my choice. Like every credible used dealership he offered extra warranty and the such, but was not pushy and didnt make us feel bad about saying yes or no. They even offered to put the new plates on for us. Great experience with this place. I will probably being coming back in a few years for a new car.

I have nothing but good things to say about AutoQuest. I was nervous about buying a vehicle because Id never done it before. I found AutoQuest through Autotrader when a vehicle I really wanted popped up. Candis was fantastic with her customer service! Im 2.5 hours away from Winnipeg but it was totaly worth the drive in. Candis answered all my questions and helped me with the financing so it was a super easy process. The vehicle was all washed, fluids topped up and ready to go when I showed up. They managed to turn an event I was so wound up and worried about into a simple, no-drama, no stress event. When my husband replaces his car in a few years we will be coming back!

Good product, great people and service! I recently purchase a Southland cargo trailer from Mike at Autoquest and I am very happy with my experience. I ended up with a beautiful trailer that I am certain my family and I will enjoy for many years to come. Mike bent over backwards to help me get a trailer that fit my needs and was in my budget and I was just someone who walked in the front door one evening. Its very nice to find a dealer who really cares about the customers overall experience. Everyone at the dealer was very friendly! Had been looking for a Toyota tacoma for quite a while. Came across a 2010 tacoma that autoquest was selling. When we came by we were greeted warmly by candis and Michael. We were walked around the vehicle and took it for a test drive. The purchasing process was simple and quick. We had different warranty options explained to us. All in all our buying experience at autoquest was fantastic. They vehicle was clean and in great condition and they buying process was simple and quick. I would recommend autoquest auto sales when looking for quality used vehicles

My son who currently is living in Alberta was in the market for a vehicle. After searching the internet he came upon one at Autoquest. He informed me about it and I was able to go take a look. I found it to be in great shape and between Mike the owner and Mandy doing the financial end [extensively ] we came to an agreement. My son arrived yesterday, we met at Autoquest ,my son test drove the truck and we signed the papers . Very good PR. Thanks again. My experience at Auto Quest was excellent. Shopping for a used car is never an experience I look forward to but Ill definitely return to Auto Quest because of how I was treated. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They happily answered any questions we had and worked on finding out the answers they didnt already know. They also had excellent communication among staff so when I returned there was no need to for me to explain or wait for the original sales person. I couldnt be happier.
