True story: Eight years ago my vehicle was one of several vehicles involved in window smash and grabs in my apartment building. It was an inside job from one of my neighbors kids down the hal involving more than eight vehicle in a multi-level parkade.I took my vehicle to All Star on Sargent for a simple driver side window glass change. When I picked up my vehicle they left my vehicle unlocked in the parking lot. All friendly and the like. Manual locks. I drove the vehicle into my lot overnight and locked the door. The next day when I took it for a drive, the key would unlock the lock but the external door handle wouldnt budge. Whoever worked on the window in the door screwed up the locking mechanism when they replaced the slide-locking arm....so I called them and politely requested to fix it. They sent a guy (appeared to be from the body shop in coveralls) to my workplace downtown who I watched from the window of my office basically with a screw driver and some other dirty painted hand tools banging away at my door in the parking lot. After he did that he handed back my key assuring me it was all fixed. Nope. Door unlocked but I almost had to bust the key in the lock to turn it and the interior toggle was basically jammed into lock position. I faxed in the door edging where the door met the frame. My vehicle was only three years old at the time and the idiot chewed up all the paint inside the door lining of the paneling on my vehicle. I faxed in my complaint to All Star telling them they should have done a better job onsite rather than screw up my door in a parking lot. The next day in my parkade, someone took a crowbar and jammed in the finish of my door all the way door the drivers side door seam costing me the price of the entire door to fix. They didnt jam the crowbar to open the door, only to destroy the door and ruin the body finish...Only my vehicle, only my door where I complained about the finish. Coincidence? I think not. Dont trust the hired help at All Star. Theyre two-faced criminal monsters.

Its been a while since ive been here but ill never go back, i brought my versa to them that i bought at the auction, for some framework with the material inside for the work that needed to be done afterwards(all star wasnt doing that portion of the job i specified only doing the framework) however the material was in there and when i got my car back most of the packaging was opened, not damaged but opened and he denied opening it but the best part was my rocker moulding on the drivers side was gone, autopac assured me that it being a 2011 they would only take off a rocker moulding if it suspected damage but it was hit on the passenger side so theres no reason for it to have gone missing, other then to mount it for framework and some clumsy worker forgot to put it back on....... Sometime goes by and ive finished all the work that had to be done and wouldnt you know the front head light that he had done the framework for didnt line up... He fixed it promptly after seeing that yes i did hire them and then when i got my car back my front bumper had some 25 tiny scratches on it, it was freshly painted at the time i might add, i hold him responsible knowing he must take it off to repair the shotty repair job and it looked as though someone had kicked it while it was off..... He accused me of calling him a liar on our discussion between bbb about the rocker moulding im only posting the minimum if anyone wants to see anything im saying i remember having a more lengthy back and forth with bbb than this simple review and according to what they do its public knowledge for anyone to see. Thanks again Dave Mack. You taught me a great lesson. Dont just go see the closest mechanic to you.

Brought my grand marquis in to get the frount grille replaced, Took around 2 month for the part to come in Went in the replaced it, they ordered a 3 Rd party grille (not a OEM ) part, looked nothing like the original, had scratches on it and marks on it the black paint looked like sharpie and was extremely uneven, yep definitely looked like a Chinese knockoff, That explains the 2 month wait time for the part talked to the owner, ( trying to convince me its perfect ) Finally after some convincing, he says he will order the real thing ( a original oem ford part ) After 2 weeks they get the real thing and they install it on my car, wow the difference between the chinese knockoff and the real thing, was jawdropping I was really happy until I got my keys back and my house key was bent around 45 dagrees, I left and will never go back again Maybe I just got unlucky... because I heard so many good things about them , and great reviews But great customer service , from the gentleman infrount ( even he said the oem part looked way better than the non oem ) And to the owner, its not worth saving a few dollars on cheap knockoff parts, buy the real oem parts !!

AllStar Collision & Glass gets all the STARS from me because they deserve it! Its first class service and Top Notch quality repairs. I had to have a entire door replaced and painted on my BMW X3. They use the latest technology in paint matching and it is impossible to notice that the door has been painted. I have never seen a paint match so exact but they have the ability to do so. The Owner Tara is personable and fantastic, the GM Darryl delivers and even the shuttle/detailer lady(I forget her name) was great to deal with. In a business of this nature it can be a bit of a nervous thing to decide on who to trust your vehicle with. I can say with total confidence and trust that you are in some of the best hands in the business whether you drive a older vehicle or a luxury vehicle. Dont hesitate give them a call and you will be pleasantly surprised! Mark Antonishin

I had a broken passenger window from vandalism and did not know what to do. I spoke with Darryl on a Saturday morning, and he assured me they could fix it Monday. As there are no glass repairers open on weekends and the wet snow was coming I was quite concerned. Monday morning I drop it off, Monday just after noon Darryl calls to say its ready, I pick it up at the price I was quoted, they had also completely cleaned my vehicle inside and out and it looked like it was brand new. I left feeling a whole lot better and was amazed at their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for body/glass repair. First class, top notch, reliable and honest.

I am the director at the Spence Neighbourhood Association. Our 15 passenger van, that is used to drive inner city kids around the city was in an accident, we took it to all star and they gave us a free rental, they were super supportive and help get our van back on the street as soon as possible. Their attention to detail and great customer service sets them apart from all other body shops I have dealt with! Great work everyone at All Star, while I hope I dont need to I know for work and personally I am bringing all my problems to you! Jamil
