Worst Ford dealership Ive ever dealt with. I used to love 3 houses down from this dealership and I wouldnt even go there for another oil change. Treated my girlfriend like total garbage. Charged me 1hr labor to tighten my battery cables, a 2 min job, told me they couldnt diagnose my truck because it had a tuner put in it by another Ford dealership, had to drive 3 hours to take it to a diesel specialist who found the problem in 15 minutes. If you want to buy a Ford and have good service I DO NOT recommend these guys at all.. and I lived down the road from them.

I never have a problem getting a service appointment for my car or anyone in my families! They always make sure to squeeze you in when they can and have the jobs completed well before you think it will be! The staff is great to be around and easy to get along with!
