I’ve held off on writing this review, and now a few months later, I have some comments to make about my $10,287 purchase of the supposedly reliable 2007 honda civic from Loeppky Auto Sales. Here are the things you can expect from your quality purchase from Loeppky Auto: • No block heater for winter (pretty sure this is illegal? Couldn’t start my car in the winter) • A broken purge solenoid • A broken ignition coil assembly • A broken A/C relay switch • A bad lower control arm assembly and front struts (who doesn’t love creaking?) • A catalytic converter that breaks the day of your purchase • A broken motor mount a week later • No gasket on the catalytic converter replacement, making your car sound like a lawn mower • Water in your headlights after the first rainfall since the purchase of the car • A check engine light that won’t go away no matter what you do • Cover up paint that washes away after the first couple car washes, revealing a severely scratched and damaged bumper (black scratches on red paint are ugly as can be) • Transmission fluid and power steering fluid that are as black and thick as molasses (both should be clear/slight yellow tint) • A missing side marker light socket/harness in your tail light And lastly, I had the quality addition of the Peoples Choice Warranty “Gold Warranty” (over $1000) that covered absolutely none of the above (with the exception of the catalytic converter). Further, after getting repairs done properly at a Honda dealership, the mechanic made the comment to me “What does your warranty cover? Sounds like you got ripped off if it can’t cover basic parts”. So, as you have read, my experience at Loeppky Auto Sales was definitely a quality experience, as emphasized above.

If I could give then zero stars, I would! Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever received! Saw a Caravan for sale thru Kijiji and went on Friday to check it out. I, unfortunately, didnt call ahead and found out that the wife had taken it to the states for the weekend (odd to be trying to sell it, but still use it). Okay, fine. Was told the van would be back Monday and I could call ahead and make arrangements for test drive etc. Called Monday morning, made arrangements for the specific van to test drive at 5. Show up, from out of town, to find out the vehicle had been sold already. I was livid! So I go to voice my opinion to one of the sons (family owned/operated) and he tells me to "just leave". I was shocked! How dare you tell me to leave, when I was a customer voicing my opinion. So, I go inside to speak to the other brother (Im assuming). He then tells me that they had just sold the van no longer than 20 minutes ago. I then ask, how can you arrange for someone to test drive a specific vehicle, and then sell it without informing said party. Absolutely the WORST place ever! I honestly dont know how you can operate a business and treat a potential customer with just disrespect!

All around disappointing. I paid sticker for my car because I needed one quick and didnt do my research, so paying about 1/3 over its value is on me. The fact that the salesman told me if I paid it off in one year I wouldnt pay any interest, which turned out to be absolutely false, to sell the car to me is on him. I splurged on the Gold warranty, because that same salesman told me it would cover everything. In the three years since Ive owned the car the A/C has never worked consistently. I bring in the car, they replace some part of the system, then bill me for it, refill the fluid, and then two months later its useless again. Ive made over 10 visits and put roughly $1000 into it, and apparently my warranty is about useless. My suspicion is that they make better money by not fixing the problem and forcing me to come back time and time again, and then charging me for their inability or unwillingness to accurately diagnose the problem, and given the lies I was told at sale, I believe that the business is run with the intent of dishonesty for profit.

I bought a truck here. I thought it was amazing. Picked it out myself. Was super excited. But after only a week after having it started having problems with it. At first they fixed for free. After I started bringing it in to be checked they went behind my back and started fixing things and then charging me for them without asking me if they can fix it. The wrose part was when they told me that I need a new engine for it when all that was wrong with it was the fact that it had the wrong fuel put in it. They charged me for spark plugs that I didnt need. They have no idea what they are doing in the shop. Or they would have been able to tell me that there was dessile in it rather them regular fuel.

Loeppky Auto Sales turned out to be the perfect place for our familys second vehicle needs! Vince Loeppky made us feel comfortable and welcome from the moment my family and I got there. We knew exactly what we wanted when we got there and vince was fantastic at explaining how to move forward and find the perfect vehicle for our needs with no pressure tactics, unlike some of the places we had previously visited. He was professional & knowledgeable and made buying a vehicle a great, stress free experience. Were very happy with our purchase and I will definitely recommend Loeppky Auto Sales to anyone looking for a vehicle in the future

It was my first time buying a car and I went to loeppky auto, Vince one of the sale guys helped me figure out how to do everything from getting a loan to where get insurance. He was very helpful and showed that he wasnt trying to just make money he cares about what he does. He fit me with a 2009 cobalt which I was nervous about, then when I tested drove my car. I intimidately fell in love. all thanks to Vince and their team. Still to this day they helps me with my car when something might go wrong I bring it to loeppky and all there staff are ready to help and give great estimates and there are no surprises!

Both cars purchased here had problem after problem. Its like they did not even go over the safety and just signed off as pass. The work done on our second vehicle left the sway bar to fall off as I was driving. And mechanic insisted we were wrong that the ps pump was shot from day 1 of purchase. After bringing it to a different garage in town they confirmed ps pump was in fact shot, the other garage replaced it and problem was solved. Salesman was always willing to fix the issues but these issues shouldnt have happened or been fixed the first time bringing them back.

I couldnt be happier with my Jeep! I owe it to Dustin and Loeppky auto for making it possible -- after advising me about what Jeep would be best for my needs and not their wallets, Dustin had the perfect one for me, and with his help, we struck a deal! honest, up front and extremely knowledgable about the auto business; I could have spent more time just chatting with him, his friendliness and genuine desire to help his customers is so refreshing! If and when its time for me to get a new vehicle, I know where Im going.

I bought my first car in ten years from Dustin Loeppky. The entire experience was a pleasure. He was patient with me in test driving a number of vehicles within my budget that had the features I was looking for. He was very respectful during negotiation of financing terms. Unfortunately the car had a bit of trouble on the drive back to Winnipeg, but they brought a loaner car in for me to use the next day and took mine back so they could fix it up and make it right, all covered by the dealership. Very impressed.
