Hands down, THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I dont care what other people think. People that give them a bad review is generally a terrible and rude customer. Ive had nothing but the best from the service department. Tamara, Lorne, Paul, Mike and Darren are amazing and companies around the community should honestly take lessons from these guys. Also the sales staff is a NO PRESSURE group, when I purchased my 2011 Ford Focus, I felt no pressure from Marc Fontaine. I recently purchased a 2013 Ford Edge with an ECOBOOST engine from some other location...BAD IDEA, but the service department helped me out and got parts and assisted with costly repairs by reducing costs. Thats customer service, whether Im driving a Ford or not, Im ALWAYS coming here for my service. Im a life long customer

We had a very unusual and unpleasant encounter with our vehicle during the second week of September. We took it to Fairway because the air-conditioning quit working. We needed the vehicle each day of that very busy week for us. Mike in service did his best to facilitate an emergency diagnostic evaluation on it. It was fixed the same day despite their very busy schedule. Vehicle was returned clean and in excellent condition. They could not however restore back to life the ground-hug that lodged himself between the AC pulley and the engine so on February 2nd Zhoda area will no longer know when spring is coming, Zhoda Zeek is gone! It was a terrible mess. Thank You Fairway Service for your excellent help and response!

Perfection located here :) Whether youre looking to purchase a vehicle or just bringing one in for service, youre being assisted by the best of the best. Im blown away every time I enter into this building at the customer experience that I get at every level. Their facility is modern, clean, and easy to navigate. If youre waiting around for your vehicle to be serviced, they have a comfortable waiting area with televisions, and even desks if youre needing to do some work on your laptop or tablet. The coffee actually tastes good here!! :) Is there an option to give more than 5 stars? :p

Not exactly what I paid for. Got a Transmission/ coolant flush done. Just a warning they are NOT flushes they are drain/ fills. On a 13L transmission they charged out 9L. On inquiry they told me the flush machine could not connect to this transmission. A detail I inquired the maker of my vehicle about and they confirmed this to not be true. I further pressed the issue to find out they drained 3L. Added 3, ran the vehicle, drained 3 added 3 ran and drained/added once more. A flush would replace all 13L and instead I got diluted with 9L. Not exactly what I paid for.

It was worth the trip! I called in the morning to make sure the vehicle I saw on Auto Trader was still on the lot, said we were coming from Winnipeg to look at it. A couple of hours we drove it home. Mina was a great saleswomen. She was friendly and easy to talk to. Daryl the sales manager was a lot of fun to deal with. Ed in the finance dept made things quick and painless. I bought a used Mazda at the Ford dealership, but I wouldnt hesitate to go back for anything that interested me on their lot. Makes buying a vehicle super easy and hassle free!

I took our van in for servicing and was blown away by the friendly service! They went above and beyond what I expected for a simple repair. And when I returned for another issue days later, I got the same stellar treatment. After being told that fixing the problem they found would be very costly and work intensive, I left without paying a dime. Because they "dont like charging for bad news". Super, super friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend going here for servicing vehicles!!

I had a awesome experience at fairway Ford . Mina was very helpful. She took the time to explained every piece of paper to us.Mina found the exact vehicle I was looking for with all the options that I wanted plus more then what I had expected . The Financial People Ed and his wife Carla were excellent . Darrell was very friendly . All the staff at fairway Ford were easily approachable . They were not pushy . I will definitely send people to see Mina and Fairway Ford .

I bought my vehicle here and always go for oil changes & regular maintenance. Was never disappointed by their service. I like it that they give a report after every check telling you what needs to be changed, its costs and how important it is. Great customer service and friendly staff makes you feel welcomed. And who doesnt like a free car wash & interior clean with an oil change. I highly recommend this place.

I was greeted with a friendly smile immediately when I entered and asked how I could be helped. After taking down the information I was told when my car would be ready. When I came back after the service I was told what I needed to give attention to in the next short while to avoid breakdown. When I got to the car it had been washed and cleaned and was ready to go. Every interaction was professionally handled.

The service at Ron Loeppky Fairway Ford is second to none. Fantastic people to deal with. I am however not satisfied with my F250 Diesel. Have had some major bills in the last year and my Chevy with double the mileage has not had any issues. I think, and maybe Im expecting too much but a vehicle should be trouble free for at least 200,000 ks before any major problems, mine has not made it to 165,000!

I was very pleased with the service - I had the windshield replaced. The Reception people were very friendly and contacted me as soon as it was done. I noticed that the interior and exterior of my vehicle had been cleaned (nice little bonus!). Drove the vehicle home on the highway and no whistling or air leaks around the windshield. I would recommend Fairway Autobody.
