We have never experienced such terrible service. Took our camper there at the end of summer with a list of things we wanted looked at. Was told I would receive a call back in a couple of weeks with a quote. Didnt receive a call so I contacted them after nearly month, was told they hadnt gotten around to looking at it and would call me within the week, still no call back. I called and was told Randy would be calling me the next day. Didnt happen so again I called them. I finally got a hold of Randy who, once again, said he hadnt gotten around to doing up a quote. Nearly 3 months after dropping the camper off I finally received a quote over the phone. I asked for the quote to be emailed to me so I could have it in writing. Surprise, didnt receive anything and so I called the owner at her other business, Roseannes Interior Restoration, because she wasnt returning my calls to Winnipeg RV. She was pleasant and apologized for the poor service but unfortunately nothing changed. Continued to experience zero communication and eventually some but not all of the work was completed. Received the camper back this spring with a broken toilet valve due to them not winterizing it properly, a busted side-light marker, and other exterior damage. Of note is that the only positive Google review at the time of me writing this is by Rosanne Montemurro, who also happens to be the owner.

Had a $5,000 insurance claim for mouse infestation. Took the camper in. Friendly lady at the counter assured me that the techs would find the source of entry and repair it. When I picked up the unit, I asked her where the mice got in. She told me "the guys in the back dont tell me anything". One of the guys in the back hooked it up for me. Ten miles down the road my camper jumped off the hitch and blocked traffic on the bridge for 20 minutes while a kind trucker helped me reattach it. Got home and went through our belongings that were "sanitized" and found mouse droppings in the box!! They were supposed to clean the ceiling vents, but I found no evidence that anything had been done there at all. (I am a mechanic by trade, and so I set out to find out where the mice got in. I discovered that the plastic fender liner on one side was totally loose and hanging down! I resealed and reattached it.) I am almost certain that this may be a case of fraud. And I believe that the estimator who referred me to this company gets a kickback. While it wasnt my money that was stolen, it still makes me angry that companies like this can stay in business. If you were planning on taking your RV here. DO NOT!!!!

Excellent work and customer service! Let me preface my comments with the fact that I full time rv, in the Western provinces and have been doing so since 2010. In short, while most are winterizing their rv I am turning up the heat and carrying on rving. I have had work done from insurance claims to major replacements and some work that many will never have done to their rv. I have always been quite satisfied and at times amazed at their work and service and willingness to go above and sometimes far beyond my expectations. They have provided timely service and although sometimes things take a bit longer than they expected they seem to have valid reasons when it happens. I have on occasion had to call and follow up to get responses to questions, or had to wait for quotes from Randy about work. Ill accept that shortcoming gladly for how consistently he and the team provide quality work and timely responses to my needs. To the point that I have had quotes done accross three provinces and held off til I could get the work done here. Thanks for the great work guys! Sincerely, the guy who has spent more time rving than most will in a lifetime.

Derek laxdal. I just saw my trailer as I was away all winter. It was in their shop last summer for four months. Devon was overwhelmed by the lack of direction from the manager /owner. I never received call backs. I had to send the trailer back once because work wasnt finished. They had to replace the underside because of mouse infestation. I have never seen such poor work. The technicians absolutely butchered it. I called auto PAC and they said they couldnt do anything. I just spent a day doing the job right. I will never bring a trailer back here again. Not sure how they stay in business. Poor workmanship. Check the work that was supposed to be done.

How this company stays in business is beyond me. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Took my camper in for water damage. After 2.5 months of being told that I would be getting a call with a quote, over and over again, I finally got fed up and went and picked my camper up. Only to find that all they had done was wreck part of a storage compartment. Upon arriving to pick the camper up the staff had absolutely no care or qualms that the unit was leaving. You people should hang your heads low and be embarrassed to even call yourself a business. Absolutely shameful.

I had my RV there for a mouse infestation claim. I was told within 3 weeks I would have my RV back. I ended up getting it back 1 month late. The employees cracked the panels when they took them off and figured it was OK to just re-install them. The dash was also loose and they denied doing any of the damage. BEWARE of this place! Stay away at all costs!! Cant find a good review of them anywhere.

I brought my vehicle in for a mouse claim and was treated very well by the staff, they were kind and my vehicle was done in 3 weeks like I was told. This was a terrible situation for me and I felt better once leaving there with my clean vehicle.
