My experience with George Dyck & Sons was certainly not a positive experience. I thought I would choose this business because it was a local business and was willing to be supportive but I was soooooo wrong. When I received my car back the work was shoddy and incomplete. When I called to complain they told me to bring the car back and when I did, I saw the employee who was supposed to do the work, hide behind other vehicles so he didnt have to deal with it. I waited patiently giving him the benefit of the doubt and when he thought I was gone, he came out of hiding only to dash back behind the cars when he knew that I saw him. I can honestly say I would never, ever, ever use this business again. It is evident that this business does not service the people in their local service area.

I just picked up my vehicle today after leaving it with George for the last week to get some work done after I was rear ended and I could not be happier! George was recommended to me by a friend and from the time I drove up to the time I picked my car up I was treated so well! He took care in giving me a loaner car that had been sitting in the shop to keep it warm and when I picked up my vehicle he had done the same with mine! It really is those little things where your treated more like a friend then a customer. I would whole heartedly send any of my friends and family to his shop. Yes, it was a drive past the perimiter but it was WORTH it!

We brought our older car in to be repaired that was rear-ended and pushed into the car ahead of us. Damage to the front and rear of the car made it a marginal repair claim. We were happy that GDS could do the work on our car and the work that they did. We will be bringing all are vehicles there and referring our friends.
