Sometimes things go sightly wrong in business, but the measure of service is how the company responds to the problem. I must say that Kal Tire in Portage La Prairie have 5 star customer service. After a minor issue they responded with the utmost professionalism and resolved the issue in a very timely fashion. Its refreshing to see a company stand behind the customer and go above and beyond to make things 100% right. I strongly reccomend the gang at Kal Tire. Great products, amazing service!

Had no problems from kal tire in the past 8 years till this past month I took my truck in to get tires put on plus wheel alignment but their mechanic said I need parts to just put on a day before to me he was dishonest I did take my truck to another shop and got my alignment there with no problems I would not go back to this location dishonest is how I see it

Very happy with the service here. Called at 8AM Monday morning with "emergency" tire replacement. Staff was very pleasant for a Monday morning, and not only did they get me in right away, they said itd be done by noon. I got a text at 10 saying my truck was ready. Courtesy ride back to work after dropping my truck off was a nice touch too.

Fast service, friendly staff and reasonable price. Brought my car here today just to have my loose exhaust heat shield tightened up. I was in and out in maybe 30 minutes, and they only charge me 0.25 hrs of labour. $31 with taxes, and saved me jacking the car up at home and doing it myself.

Awesome service from Jesse Bichard. Im the kind of lady that knows NOTHING about tires. Jesse was awesome! One of the most genuine people Ive ever dealt with, going out of his way to make sure I was happy with the tires I purchased. Hands down best service Ive had in a long, long time.

Be prepared to wait a long time! Bought tires here twice because of a discount. Made appointments both times and waited for hours and hours both times. Would much rather go to Fountain Tire where you know even approximately how long it will take
