Will not deal with them. They dont care about customer satisfaction, they just want your money. Took the car in for a tune-up, couldnt get a courtesy vehicle for the 2 & a half hours we were there cause they told me I would need to give them advance notice that I wanted one. They tell me it needs a tie rod end, 2 & a half hours to do the work. Made the appointment for the following week. Day of appointment still couldnt get courtesy vehicle even though I told them up front when booking appointment I would require one. Called Ledingham in Steinbach, they told me that they just need to order in the part & then book appointment, and they will have a courtesy vehicle waiting for me when I take the car in for service. Melnicks apparently thinks they are the only game in town, and are more than willing to treat you like crap because of it. My advice would be to avoid them if you like good service.

Helped with a radiator leak, quick service at a reasonable price better than other dealerships...provided a courtesy car once booked in for service. Live close and when I can get an appointment- good service- booked up a lot of the time.
