Ive purchase two vehicles from this particular dealership in the past and have nothing but stellar service from both the sales and service personnel. now im not a relative or a friend of one of the staff at the dealership, just a servicemen previously from the area, so this is not a bogus review for better star rating. Now recently ive been shopping in AB for a new truck to better accommadate my family, and have so far come up short with poor dealings with toyota dealers in Oil patch country. Frustrated from this i took a peak at their inventory in brandon MB and emailed their sales persons "Todd" and "Tracy" to help fill my needs. Within a matter of hours i recieved a call from him, and in a few shorts days i was able to get a more than fair trade for my 2013 tacoma (precision purchase), buy a 2016 tundra (my THIRD Precision truck) , and have it delivered in just over a weeks time (from that phone call!?) all the way from Brandon MB to Wainwright AB... This staff is ridiculously effective and were able to meet all my needs well within my budget (family man), they have definitely earned my business for the foreseeable future. And for the people whom have a bad review.... you genuinely need to shop around with the competitors and im sure you will see they are more than fair(extremely well priced compared) and an outfit above the rest.

My sales experience was great. About two months after I bought my used car I had my first issue, and two months after that I had my second major issue. I was told my repairs would cost $1500 and of course the $2000 warranty I bought doesnt cover any of the expenses. I said to have the manager call me, he called the next day, was very condescending, I could basically see his eyes roll through the phone, he made me feel like it was my fault, he gave me the generic "it passed at safety so shut up" answer. I said seeing as how they do this for a living they should have told me the whole exhaust system was hanging on by a thread, sure it passed safety but might last month. He made me feel like it was my fault and that in four summer months I managed to rust out a whole exhaust system. He cut me off, and said that hed refer me to my sales person manager and hung up the phone. The worst part of this experience was the rude 30 second phone call I got from Toyotas manager. The manager treated me like I was too stupid to write an online review. Needless to say Ill be spending my $1500 elsewhere.

Very frustrating experience dealing with their service department and customer service staff. After experiencing recurring issues with one part in my car, I decided to bring it in (requiring a long drive in) to Toyota so they could have a go at it, since the vehicle was Toyota brand. After describing in detail the problem and parts required, I made an appointment for a couple of weeks hence, so they could get parts in. I drove in, dropped off the car, and was called several hours later- theyd found the problem!...except it was the exact problem Id already told them about, and wanted fixed. Not only had they not made any notes when I booked the appointment, theyd failed to order in the parts that were required. So I got a day in the car, a day off work, and a bill for labour to diagnose the problem. I love my car, but the service here was so ridiculous that I cant see ever buying a Toyota again when Id have to deal with these guys for warranty.

I had horrible experience there I saw Toyota Prius C on line and called in they advertised it at 19000 km but actual km are 34000 to get more info about it .sales person promise to dig it up and call me but he never called back I called second time and again promised call back which I never got Third time I called and agreed on a price around 12000 plus minus as I was traveling from Winnipeg Once I was there I felt totally unwelcomed after long negotiations I agreed on price of 12000 plus tax then sales manager come around and say there is 500$ documention fee once we negotiated about that then they come around and say there 225$ Additional fee as you are paying by credit card At that point I have to walk out If I still stayed he probably would ask me for rent for his building and his hydro bills also Never going again there and do not recommend any body going there as well
