I have very mixed reviews on Murray Chev Cadillac. Rick Q in the sales department is amazing. He does what he says he’s going to do, and always has your back. I have purchased several trucks from him, Rick knows his stuff. The biggest obstacle there is their service I simply cannot give them a low enough number. They cannot find their bottom with both hands. I have had more issues than I can discuss in this review, but the last one takes the cake. I booked my vehicle in for warranty work last week while getting an oil change. They called me the night before to make sure I was going to be at my appointment with them the next day…. Sounds great! I show up for my warranty work, get shuttled off to the mall, come back four hours later to find out my truck isn’t ready yet. Life happens… My salesman goes to check on the truck and that’s when things go terribly wrong, my parts were not in, and the communication breakdown caused me a total wasted day. No phone call earlier in the day, just my truck sitting in a corner of the body shop with a work order on it. I am not convinced that I would have gotten my truck that day if my salesman hadn’t gone out to see what the status was. I spoke with the GM, and I spoke with Mr. Murray himself, both great people. Their answer, we made a rookie mistake and it happened to you… again… Time means nothing to someone who still collects a pay cheque fighting battles with angry customers. I get to go back so that they can get it right, and I am going back so that they do, but my advice is to steer clear of service, they simply cannot get it right, time and time again. Their slogan “Our reputation is our guarantee” means nothing, you’re a gear in a large cog that is spinning out of control. Buy your vehicle there, but run hard and fast away from Service.

Not Good At All! They only get one star because you cant give less. we drive 4 hours with kids in tow to look at a vehicle. The vehicle is not road worthy. It shakes when you get up to 100 km/h. Why is it even listed for sale with this problem? We are told the problem will be fixed when the shop opens on Monday. We make the 4 hour drive back home. My husband goes back on Wednesday. Says its better but he thought it might be pulling to the right. Asks them to take a look, maybe rotate the tires. They tell him that they have done enough and they wont do any more. I call and speak to the sales manager who proceeds to yell at me over the phone. By the time we get the vehicle home the shake is back and there is now a loud clunking noise. I call the next day to have the problems addressed. I am told to bring it back to Brandon. I am told that they will not authorize another dealership to look at it because they will go on a shopping spree. If you had sold me a decent vehicle there should be nothing to worry about. I assume they dont want to pay for a tow, which is how I said that is the only way the vehicle will get back to brandon. They tell me to take it to the closest Chrysler dealership. There they find, broken tie-rod, back shocks are gone and the rear tires needed to be balanced. A week after that a transmission line needs replacing. The sales man that helped us was fine as was the financial guy. The managers on the other hand have no idea how to treat customer ans should seriously consider a change in career. I would never recommend them nor will I ever go back! Buyer Beware!!

Horrible auto detailing service. After attempting for three weeks to get my car in (no one knows how to book in a car to get leaned except one person who doesnt return calls) I dropped my car off the night before my appointment. At 3:00 I finally called to see if my car was ready. No one knew. Finally someone called me back. Went to get my car, no bill made up. Had to wait. I go to my car and there is gum stuck to the roof, water lines all over the outside of the car and bugs and road grime still on the outside of the car. Car mats werent cleaned ( as the wording states) and car was not dried with a chamois, because if it was there wouldnt be water lines on it. You get a better wash at co op for $11. Other dealers do a better job for a cheaper price.

Purchased my 2010 Chev Avalanche back in Jan 2015, and dealt with Mr Randy Klassen. Very understanding and Product knowledge. His enthusiasm and fun personality made it easy for me to select the right Veh, for the right price. On pick up day, he took me around the State of the Art Dealership and introduce me to all the Dept Staff. He explained the Quick Lube Service. As well as the Courteous Wash Bay process. I felt I was part of a larger family, by the way and was introduce to Mr Murray, who had time to chat. So on that note will likely look into purchasing my next vehicle from Murray, and definitely from Randy Klassen. Great Job Randy and Team Murray!

Purchased a 2010 Cadillac CTS from here. I paid the sticker price for the vehicle and did not try to haggle at all. More than fair on my part. Upon purchasing the vehicle I was not satisfied with the paint job. The bumper was and is now peeling all of its clear coat. Must have been a poor job out of the factory. I asked the dealership and salesman to meet me half way and re paint or replace the parts. Yes it is a cosmetic issue. I purchased a Cadillac for a reason. I always wanted a nice vehicle and to keep it nice and clean inside and out.

service department is total garbage, Had to get the same problem on my truck fixed 3 times and then when I left it there for weeks they told me I never left it even though they gave me a rental car. I always get my tires rotated and oil changes done at the same time and have yet to have it done in less than 2 and a half hours but yet I can drive to virden get It done and be back within an hour and a half. and the last time I got it done they scratched my truck all over the place. will not buy another veichle hear again.

Not too happy with this car dealership at this time. Brought my vehicle (purchased new from Murrays) in to be serviced. The original issue was dealt with but when I picked up my vehicle, the running board and internal floor mat (drivers side) was all muddy and dirty. I brought the issue to the attention of the Customer Service Manager and she did nothing in my mind. I find this very irresponsible and not dealing with customers in an effective manner. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went in today looking to buy a car, and was truly blown away by the service! I was helped today buy Randy Klassen, and I am 100% impressed with his expertise and Thorough Knowledge of Murrays cars and different deals that not only work for my budget, but what truly benefits what I wanted and needed in a vehicle.
