It was nice to revamp from a 2013 to 2016 Ford Escape, but this time with 4W drive. Though the colour white is not my first choice for colours, preferring silver, Ive been used to white after having leased two back-to-back Ford Sport Rangers from Denham Ford in Wetaskiwin, Alberta (Kelly Whalen mgr). While Im saddened I could not update my Ford vehicle by returning to Peace River, Alberta where I got my 13 Ford Escape, again from Mr. Whalens dealership since he left the city "where cars cost less for far north in Alberta, it was nice to "shop local. The young salesman was attentive to my needs, and we hammered out particulars. Now if only Kelleher Ford in Brandon offered a courtesy vehicle when one is in having their car/truck/van/SUV serviced when they work 20 minutes away at CFB Shilo. One loses half a day of work even for the smallest of things such as an oil change. This sometimes forces a Ford owner to use another outlet for the quickie jobs like an oil change, or tire rotation et al. Just a thought.

Kelleher Ford, its sales, servicing, parts and collision centre staff have always impressed me over the years on how professional and courteous they are to their customers. As a result, we previously purchased our 2004 Anniversary Edition Ford Mustang from Craig Mayor, one of their exceptional Sales Consultants and from there, ensured that both my wife`s vehicle and mine received their periodic maintenance at Kelleher`s. The other day, I purchased my 2016 Ford F150 Lariat truck through another one of their outstanding Sales Consultant, Clay Vint. Clay, through his knowledge of the vehicle and his specifically determining what my preferences and means were, was able to expertly and reassuringly prove that he was there for me. Kellehers, thanks to persons like Clay Vint and Craig Mayor, is a dealership you can trust as your own family and one you want to return to. I would highly recommend Kelleher`s for all your automotive needs of today and tomorrow.

Was in to have a 135000 check up and found that when the service provider was going over some issues with me, it seemed to me that there were more add ons then necessary. I felt taken advantage of by the service person, even though he made it clear he was doing his job, it just felt like my bill was going to be more than the quoted amount when they called to ask me to come in for the service check. They also provided me with a quote for other work that I later found out by getting a second opinion was not required. I will not be back to Kellehers even if I need an oil change. I felt taken advantage of, given a quote on the phone and then the added issues they seem to nickel and dime me with, once I arrived. If you are a female, my suggestion would be take a male with you who knows something about vehicles. The customer service driver was excellent and very good at pick up and drop off times. Truly a gem.

I bought a used car from Kelleher. My salesman, Dan ,was polite, and honest. His managers, on the other hand, not so much. After over 40 minutes of time wasted waiting for the used-car manager to come back(turns-out he went home for the day and didnt bother to tell anybody, also nobody aged him till after 30 mins), I was made to feel stupid and selfish by another manager for attempting to haggle on the price of the car. I would have walked-out if only the car wasnt so desirable, and also happened to be about the only car available in the whole city in my price range at the time. What dealership doesnt haggle?!? THIS ONE, not one thin dime

when I gort there, I was in a bit of a jam as my "07" Ranger had just been written off and needed wheels ASAP. Chris and Jon went above and beyond my expectations. I purchased a "11" Ranger and am exceedingly happy with it. The guys did a great job getting a few details worked out for me and even had a loaner for me as needed. I Would NEVER have expected that kind of service. This service makes me feel like a truly valued customer not a perceived dollar sign walking through the door. "fantastic job" to everyone there. Thanks, and expect a repeat customer!!

Asked for them to check the doors as I had a problem in heavy rain falls my doors becoming full of water only for them to tighten them and now they just creek and squeak when opening and closing them. Had a 1/4 of a tank when I took it in and got it back empty. I did have a transmission flush but even that would not add up to using 30km worth of gas as at other places I have had a trans flush and it didnt use that much gas. Will probably only bring my truck back there for an recalls and have someone else do any other work from now on.

Friendliest staff around! Kelleher Ford is always so helpful and I love the service. If someone is unavailable to help at that moment there is always someone else that will come and keep you company and inform you about the vehicles while you wait. Ray C. is an excellent salesman and this is my 3rd Ford that I have bought through him, super friendly and willing to get you the best deals. I had several sales people offer to help whilst waiting for a particular salesman (Ray) due to recommendations from other customers. Communication was superb, even after business hours before the sale and during. Everything was clear and concise and done in a very timely manner. The paperwork behind the scenes was also explained very clearly. I have nothing but positive feedback to give ad out the whole purchasing experience. Service department provided what I had made an appointment for, as well as info on further maintenance that will be needed in the future. As a client that lives an hour out of Brandon, it takes some planning to bring the vehicle in and leave it there for servicing. The shuttle van drivers were excellent, and were right on time with pick up. I received a few too many "reminder" phone calls to book a service visit, but I guess that is better than none at all.

Thanks to Ray who provided wonderful service when I test-drove a Focus, and then later purchased it. I was in no hurry to buy a new vehicle but the timing was right (Black Friday and year-end inventory) so they were amenable about making a satisfactory deal. I didn’t experience any high pressure sales and that’s a huge turn-off for me that, in past, has made me walk away from other dealerships. Looking forward to continued great service.
