The manager called the following day and reconciled the problems I had that day. I am rather impressed by the speed of the response Took 2.5 hours to do an oil change and tire swap. I had called the day before and had been told that they could do both things at the same time. Not true. The raised the truck up, then joked around for a bit, the started draining the oil and joked around some more. This continued the entire time. Then the tires were thrown haphazardly in the bed where 1 bounce could toss a tire out. When I complained about the length of time, no good answer was given. I then was asked to sign and initial something without being able to read it first. When I asked what I was signing I was given attitude. .

I took my tire there to get it patched since I drove over a nail. They tried to plug it but said the puncture was too close to the sidewall to be repaired properly and proceeded to try selling me a new tire. Something was fishy since the puncture was a couple inches from the sidewall and the plug attempt looked like a hack job so I took the tire to another tire company who managed to patch the tire no problem. Gave 2 stars because at least they didnt charge me for the botch job but I wouldnt go back.

Had great customer service getting help set up and great information on the right tires. When weather shut down the roads on the day of my appointment, kal tire help accommodate me with a new appointment working to my schedule. Got new wipers and they also replaced a screw on my license plate holder. Over all experience dealing with them was excellent and would recommend to anyone in need of tire service.

Ive purchased 3 full sets of tires over the past few years from this location and get all flats related here. Jim, Jeff, and Braden are all great to work with. Nokian hands down makes the best winter tires which are only available through kal (and reflects in that brands prices). For any other tire you need remember the 5% price beat. Second best thing about kal tire behind the staff at this location.

Bought 4 new Michelin tires from this store. Everyone was great. Brayden at the front was helpful and knowledgeable. He ordered our tires and they were installed quickly on the appointment day. I would certainly go back for my next set of tires.

Took a tire there at 1140 ish for a flat fix and went back at 430 and the tire was still sitting outside where I left it still flat and when I ask how much longer they tell me 45 min but the repair was free so Im happy with it

Super quick and efficient service, ordered tires over the phone and had them installed two days later. Dropped car off at 730 am and was ready for pickup at noon. Would definitely go back.
