This place went WAY out of their way to help us overcome some problems that were in no way their fault or obligation. By over coming some obstacles, Hyundai Canada has agreed to honor our warranty. Add an MPI claim to that and the need for 4 new tires which they beat Canadian Tire price on by a solid 20%; we are some very happy customers.---Its now a month later. They have our car for the third time. Each time they tried to return it with some portion of the repair incomplete. It was clear they did not test drive after repair- I stalled out within blocks of leaving the shop. What should have been a few days is now 30 days of hassle, and virually no communication with us unless we call and press. It is unlikely our relationship with them will continue to another car.

I moved from Alberta, and visited Fowler Hyundai. Service desk staff, his name is Bruce, was so kind and service was also excellent. I requested basic service 1 to change oil and filter. They inspected and checked all, changed dirty carbon/ air filter with only part charge, I also complained about noise around wheel. They replaced link park with warranty service, and washed my car free. I was very happy as returned to home without noise. Thanks for Fowler Hyundai Staffs.

Excellent customer service in all departments! I am from out of town and they try to accommodate service appointments for when I am in town even with short notice. They also have a no pressure sales team.

Horrible service. They do only easy repairs. And when going gets tough instead of focusing on customer service they will give some illogical explanation. Wish I didnt buy a hyundai.

Worst service you will ever experience. Service staff were condescending and gave horrible customer service. Would definitely not recommend going there.
