I will definitely book with them in the future! The staff at the 1st St location were excellent. They made renting a car for a weekend getaway a breeze. I recommend calling this location directly to book your rental. The staff offered me a weekend special that was not advertised on the Enterprise website. I saved nearly $100 off the Enterprise website quote. I was very pleased with the vehicle selection. I booked a full size car and received a 2015 Dodge Charger. They are a busy office, so I do suggest booking in advance as some of the vehicle size classes were not available on short notice.

Garbage rent-a-car location. Reserved a vehicle for the long weekend, and told we could pick it up between 4 and 6pm. At 3pm we got a call telling us no vehicles were available, and that there was no other place in Brandon to rent a vehicle. Im not saying Enterprise is always a bad place, but THIS location in Brandon.. Dont waste your time. What is the point of reserving a vehicle with these people if they dont hold a car for you? Incredibly disappointed, and hope someday there is a Budget, Avis, or any other rental company in Brandon. So again.. Garbage rent-a-car location.

Like Ty did three years ago, I reserved a car through Enterprises 1-800 contact and was assured the rental car was reserved. Got to the pickup location and was told there was a "waiting list" for cars... and this is the only car rental operation in Brandon. Was told at pickup location that the online/phone reservation service doesnt have connectivity with retail locations so they reserve cars without knowing whether or not one is actually available. Terrible system and I would give it zero stars if that was an option.

The people working there are very nice but i rent vehicles all the time and recently those cars smell terrible. Everything inside smell like cigarettes and i have allergies problems with that . maybe next time they will send me to the hospital . well. .. Anyways nobody care about customers issues because is the only place that you can go to rent in BRANDON Manitoba CA.

I have been to this location a few times. The staff are very pleasant and friendly. Most of their cars are new and very clean. I have rented cars from them at least 8 times and never had an issue with the cars. I have tried compact, pick up, and van. They also give customers a ride home after you drop off the car. I would recommend this location. Thanks.

I always rent from this location and the staff are always awesome and friendly.... I would of gave them 5 stars but my recent encounter with a staff member was a little insulting... I was booking a car for a week and she kept insisting I down grade... Wth? Just because I dont come in a suit dont mean I dont have money!!!

I booked off of Expedia.ca with Expedias Collision protection. Enterprise never went through the costs, when I was asked if I wanted the accidental waiver, I declined - they added it on anyways. They wouldnt go through with what costs would be expected. Doesnt seem professional at all.
