Worst dealership i had ever had to work with. Service department pads time and $$ on parts. I inquired if a problem would be covered by warranty and received Yes. I set an appointment and took time off work brought the the truck in, asked again if this was covered by warranty and was told yes agian. Just to go home and get a call in 30 min that it is not covered and i would have to pay. Probably hoping that i would agree to pay. A different dealership has taken care of the same problem for me for free. Talked to mangers and didnt no even hear attempt to apologize but some sorry excuses. This dealership is a highway robber praying on unsuspected. I would not go back even if this would be the last car dealer on Earth.

The service department here is the WORST! Theyve had my car for 3 days and havent touched it still! I was told the job would literally take them 15-20 minutes but theyd have to charge me an hour or 2 minimum (I dont remember the minimum). I was fine with that BUT, wrapping up day 3 now and my car still hasnt been touched. The only way to get any info is to drive there because IF someone answers the phone, they tell you they will have to call you back & then never do!

well my exhaust broke on my truck i didnt even buy my truck at that dealership and they squeezed me in today to fix my exhaust and they washed my truck for free! i would definitly go back there again! tha ks for helping me out inreally appreciate it alot and i hope the staff sees this post and i hope you know who this is it was the big red lifted dodge thanks alot again!!!!

This store was so much fun to deal with. I spoke to them on the phone first and they really listened to what I needed. It was so refreshing to have a live person answer the phone instead of an automated call tree!
