On Sunday December 13th late morning I had a tire blow out on my utility trailer south of Williams Lake and no spare. I called the 24 hour service and the person on the phone was very clear with me as to what to expect for cost.A service man was dispatched and arrived on time with a tire and tube as I had asked for. The repair was done in a timely manner and he even fixed the tire that was going flat on the towing vehicle as its rear tire had a rock stuck in it as was probably also the demise of the trailer tire. I am poor with names and did not get his but you know who he is and I would appreciate it if he was given a big Thank You from me in front of his co-workers. Job well done. Angus

By far the best service Tire company out there Ive only used Kal Tire for all terrain tires since first using them several years ago I once bought an aggressive tread tire for my new truck , drove it 200 km and didnt like the road noise Kal Tire took them back and installed a new set . No questions asked or cost Thats service !

They are amazing. I had a low tire pressure warning, they checked my tires, even removing one and dunking it to find a leak. When they couldnt find one, they never charged me for their time and work.
