I was in market for a pickup truck for 10 weeks, and I contacted a number of dealers online and by phone. However, most didnt appear to take my interest all that seriously. Some went days without responding. Many never followed up after the initial contact, which I found shocking! Gerald Overton, the general manager at Heartland, went above and beyond in my view. He reached out right away and took lots of additional pictures of everything I asked (one dealer wouldnt give me pictures after I inquired 3 times!), handled all the details promptly and professionally, and basically acted as my eyes and ears on truck that was 800 km away. When I flew into Williams Lake, product advisor Mike Fochuk picked me up at the airport and went over basic details during our drive to the dealership. Into the business office with Renee Rogers, another standout pro in the car business. ICBC runner was there promptly, too. Then Mike went over all the operational features and paired my phone and music, so Id be all set for my drive back to the Kootenays. If I wasnt such a chatter box, I bet I would have been on my way in under 40 minutes. In any case, I highly recommend Heartland Toyota. Solid folks and processes, totally transparent and no ambiguity or monkey business. Plus, you cant go wrong with a Toyota product, new or used.

Was here on Saturday with my grandmother and although we didnt test drive anything. Being honest we are the type of people to have a budget and do research to know what is available within that budget. Hank who was the salesperson that was helping us was excellent. He was honest and genuinely helpful. He wanted to help us look at all the possible options to get the best vehicle we can for what our budget is. He at no point was Hank pushy or rude and was very understanding that we were comfortable within our budget and never pressured us to look at something that was over which was refreshingly. He was simply great! Will for sure be back!

Bought two vehicles from them in the past two years first truck failed one month after purchase front driveshaft was cracked right in half 3 months after that four wheel drive chain failed year later truck completely calfed traded it off to toyota and bought another truck for substantially more money month after purchase theirs some bs problem with the shift linkage. I only recommend buying feom williams lake toyota if you really enjoy sinkin cash into your new vehicles.

While visiting Williams Lake the battery in my 4runner died and needed to be replaced. After a kind person dropped me off at the dealership, I was greeted by members of the Parts & Service staff who quickly got me the battery I needed and drove me in their courtesy van to my stranded truck to install the battery. I was so impressed by their friendly service and willingness to go above and beyond to help me get on my way! Thanks Heartland Toyota!

Charged $500 to adjust the position of one running board on a new 4Runner. Disappointed. If you buy a new vehicle at a Heartland shouldnt they fix a safety issue at no extra cost?
