So far the whole interaction history I have had with this dealership has been nothing but unprofessional, unpleasant and unacceptable. My grandmother has a pontiac vehicle and brought her car in for a recalled part to be replaced, her ignition, less than two weeks later her car wouldnt start anymore. With no answers from the dealership except that they can arent sure what the problem is but can put a 800 part and charge for labour and that MIGHT fix it. The mechanic that typically works on the car doesnt agree that could even possibly be the problem. Now this is my grandmothers car so its like new yet only weeks after she trusts this dealership to change out a recalled part it wont even start and they want have no clue whats wrong with it. Well I have to say if there had been any proper attempt to sort this out or contact us as requested this review wouldnt be necessary.
