Unfortunately we used this company for our wedding weekend in Whistler and had nothing but problems accompanied by unprofessional rude service. No attempt has been made by the company since the weekend to address our negative experience. We booked our services months in advance and the following is why we were unhappy. 1) Our limo bus arrived to pick up the groomsmen and transport to our ceremony, and the doors were broken on the vehicle (or the driver was incompetent and couldnt open them). He returned 15min later with a greyhound style bus to transport us. This resulted in us being late to greet our guests. 2) He continued to utilize the greyhound to go back and transport the bride and her bridesmaids to the ceremony. Having the bride show up to her own wedding ceremony in a greyhound bus is embarrassing. 3) After the ceremony, the greyhound was swapped out for a limo bus to transport the bridal party around for photos, etc.. This vehicles music system was broken. On top of this, the AC wasnt working properly. 4) We had a shuttle transporting guests from our venue to the village and received numerous reports (over 10 separate guests) of a very rude driver. 5) Our shuttle bus we booked to transport us to the squamish valley music fest was again broken, as the AC wasnt working. Further, I witnessed first hand the rudeness and complete unprofessionalism of the driver on our way back.
