Great customer service from the assistant manager, Dave Bishop, in resolving a slight mishap which damaged my rather rusted muffler pipe when my car was on the hoist. It was an extremely busy Saturday, with more snow in the forecast, and Dave took the time to call around to a number of muffler shops to find one that could fix my muffler (it was near the end of business and the muffler shops were all closed on Sunday). On top of that, Dave arranged for Kal Tire to pay for the cost of replacing. Extremely impressed that Kal Tire empowers their employees to resolve such situations. Thats how you build a lifelong customer!

Id never been here before but stopped in this morning because I found a screw in one of my tires. It was too close to the side so it couldnt be patched and they thought I might need to replace the tire. The staff person helping me was very nice and offered to take one last look. Turned out he could remove it by hand and it hadnt punctured all the way through. It was fast, friendly and they didnt charge me for it. Great service! I will be back when I do need to get my tire fixed in the future (hopefully not for awhile!). Thanks!

I gave these guys every opportunity to have my business. I came in on a Monday and told them I want tires for Saturday. I picked 2 different tires and the manager said he would call me the next day with prices and availability. I called back on Wednesday and asked for my quotes and he said he would call later that day. I called on Thursday and told him last chance. He promised (for the third time) that he would call me by the end of the day. He never called so I went to Fountain Tire just down the street and they were AMAZING!.

Got a flat tire on a road trip from Manitoba, decided it was time for new tires anyway. Called in the morning to ask about new tires and an oil change. They were able to find me the tires I wanted, book me in for that afternoon, quoted me the exact price I ended up paying, and where done almost exactly when they said theyd be. Best service you could possibly expect.

Id give it 6 stars if I could. Such a genuine team of guys. The world needs more people like Tony - he is honest and never overcharges. In fact, hes helped me with a number of little things for free. Been dealing with Kal Tire for over 20 years. Service is always quick and thoughtful. Just took car in to check a couple of soft tires. They rotated and balanced all four and wouldnt accept a nickel. Really makes you feel like your business is appreciated. Thanks Scott and the crew!

Used a tire store closer to my home in West Vancouver and got slow and expensive service and tire prices. Have used Kal Tire at this location for three years on all my vehicles and got fast service and good tire prices. Beats the heck out of Big O Tires in West Vancouver.

Have brought my vehicle here on two occasions and both times they fixed the problem free of charge. Second time was to remove a screw, which I have paid to have done at other tire shops. They have always provided honest and efficient service and it is much appreciated.

Still waiting after two and a half weeks for a phone call about my cracked tire rim. Went in to see them and they assured me I would get my car rim back soon. Its been a week and a half since they assured me they would call. Very displeased with the service.

Our car battery died on this day but we got our new battery changed on the same day. It was a quick phone call and they did it once the car was sent over there. It took about 1.5 hours to change the battery. We were glad it was done :-)

Came in for a screw in my tire. I was running flat. Alex helped me to change my tires and put my spare temporary. They fixed my tire in no time. And its on the house. Highly recommended.
