I just recently purchased a new to me 2015 Kia Soul through Bonnie Talarico at West K auto. I went in with an already reliable vehicle, but after test driving a few vehicles I knew I wanted to upgrade. Bonnie made the entire process painless. I got a very fair trade on my Honda fit. Bonnie went above and beyond to make sure I was in a vehicle suited for my needs and helped me get affordable rates with no problems which allowed me to also get a set of winter tires for my vehicle. The staff were so helpful during this entire process they even helped load up my tires and clean out my old vehicle. I recently found myself in an urgent need to get a new car for work. The staff and manager at West K Truck and auto proved to be the right choice. They worked with me to first identify what kind of vehicle would be right for me. Any of the selections I was presented with would have been a good choice. It was evident that it was important to them that until I was confident the vehicle I drove away with would be correct the job wasnt done. The staff made themselves available on my time line. They found ways to make the purchase affordable for me and helped answer all my concerns. They even pointed out things I should know that I hadnt thought of! The service didnt end there. West K has a follow up and after purchase interest that was great.

My car broke down on Sunday morning in Penticton and had to have it towed to a shop Monday morning. I happened to come across a West K Auto vehicle ad on Castanet on Monday. Well they not only returned my call right away that day they also picked my son and I up from Penticton that afternoon. I left that day in a beautiful 2012 Optima!! My other car was getting older and I have put too much $ into it in the last 6 months. Thanks to West K Auto I now have a safe and reliable vehicle thats great on gas for my son and I!! Went in last week to West K Auto to look at a newer truck for my wife. They gave us a good deal on one they had in stock and gave us a very good price on our trade in. Went in to look at getting a bigger vehicle for my job, I was sad to trade in a car I loved, but I left the lot with newer bigger vehicle and I now LOVE it !!! got a great car for a very fair price and trade !! I would highly recommend checking these guys out ! Staff from the sales guy to finance to owner where great to deal with. Loving my new drive !

Highly recommended, salesman was very professional, business office was knowledgeable and not pushy. Great choice of cars, too many nice ones to decide. STAY AWAY! Probably the worst used car lot in the Okanagan. Advertising vehicles that arent on site, but they can bring up with a deposit is absolutely ridiculous. Disorganized sales staff, unprofessional "management"and total scam artists.
