I pulled my boat & trailer up from Vancouver and somewhere on the highway. I called a few places in town and no one seemed willing to want to fix it. I talked to Charles and explained that I had 3 young kids travelling in the vehicle and didnt want to take any chances and he said not to worry, he would figure it out and get it fixed! Great customer service and a very clean nicely ran shop. Thanks again Charles.

just charged 60$ for something i already knew and i told them before i came in. if tops tries resetting or reprograming something and it doesnt work i get charged for it? pay for your own mistakes. i never asked u to reprogram anything
