I dont normally write reviews, but what I saw here this morning should to be told... We pulled in to wash our car and were second or third in line. Weve been here before and sometimes the line-ups can be a little confusing because there are two separate driveways from different directions that enter into the line. As we drove up we noticed vehicles ahead of us were jockeying for position into the line (the place should probably just paint some lines to avoid this altogether, but thats another subject). There must have been some confusion before we got there about lining up? But no matter what it was, what happened next was totally uncalled for... The attendant (owner?) stormed out of his hut toward a car ahead of ours while yelling profanities at the driver. Every other word out of his mouth was an "f-bomb" (I quote: "What the "f" are you doing; Get the "f" out of here you "f-head"; Dont ever come the "f" back" etc.), with his body language equally as aggressive as the foul-mouthed tirade he was laying on this driver. We were absolutely shocked! Now, we dont know exactly what happened before we got there and, who knows what that driver did to upset the attendant ... but whatever it was... is this how you speak to someone who is there to support your business? As the owner or employee of this business, is this how you treat your customers? I had my mother and young kids with me who saw and heard everything, and they were upset afterwards. My mom will get over it, but my kids were frightened by his behavior and wanted to leave. We all loose our temper at times, but as a business owner and in front of your customers like that? I dont know, but the car wash business in Kelowna must be really good if they can afford to treat their customers like that? I dont think I can go back there again, especially if my kids were to be with me.

Crappy car wash. Spent $10 in the wand wash. Wheel and tire cleaner, pre soak, soap ect car still came out dirty. Wiped the car off after and my cloth was black and I could see exactly where I wiped. Car looks worse than before. Water not hot like described and soap sucks.

They saved me and my van, after I made the mistake of taking my cat in the van without a cat carrier. They were able to get out the horrible cat pee smell. Totally saved me. Thanks

I went through the auto car wash and have no complaints. Got the Monsoon which is the basic auto touchless wash. My car came out as clean as I expected it to be. Nice staff.

No matter who the staff member is, theyre always friendly and helpful, I feel the owner runs a tight ship and seems to want to leave a good impression so I keep going back.
