Hi Everyone, if you are thinking about using Springfield Auto , DONT . I took my truck in for an accident that I had with my quad on my truck. I picked up my truck that was ready, or so I thought. Scott the counter man accompanied me out to look at my truck. I went around the truck and immediately noticed 2 creases that were still visible . I asked Scott about them but he said that fords like mine flare out, so I thought maybe it was all in my head. That weekend a friend came over and he notice the creases right away. He suggested I go back to have them fix it . They did initially take it back but before commencing the work, they asked me to come in. Jolene accused me of redamaging the truck by loading my Quad on the truck and fabricated a story of someone seeing me with 2 Quads on my truck. I have never had 2 Quads on my truck at one time. She did repair it reluctantly but told me she wasnt fixing the other side and she was done with me. When I got the truck back it still had had slight creases and the other side unrepaired. I decided to get Reid Towell from ICBC involved hoping to get some resolve but it eventually went nowhere because I had no proof that in between the time I picked up my truck and the time I brought back the truck I hadnt re damaged the truck with loading my quad on the truck . Now if the Quad cover is the problem, I wasnt expecting them to fix the top rail. Only wanted them to step up and fix the truck side that should have been fixed in the first place. A suggestion is to always bring a second set of eyes to inspect your repair and if you find an unacceptable repair, leave the vehicle there till repair is done. And if they wont fix it, leave and file a claim with ICBC immediately . Dont trust that you will be taken care of. That was the only thing I was guilty of was being naive. Hope this saves some of you from Springfield Auto Body and from Jolene. Her customer service is unacceptable and she might even fabricate a story so she doesnt have to redo a poor repair. One last word; the owner Gary is a fair man but unfortunately Gary didnt see the repair they did at the beginning or this may not have been the worst auto body repair in my life.

Unfortunately the work @ Springfield was okay. No complaints yet about that. What I would like to warn people about is their front line staff-Jolene. She is rude, a liar and was the most unpleasant person Ive ever had the misfortune in dealing with. I phoned the owner and he did not care whatsoever. I would stay clear of this shop if you dont want to be treated like a 3rd class citizen. And, they also had the highest estimate rate. I have other work to be done. I will go to another auto body shop. If you dont care about being lied to and about customer service then by all means go to them. They get the job done-OKAY!!!!. NOT GREAT just OKAY. Anyone know a good body shop?

I recently had occasion to use Springfield autobody to repair my car after a hit and run. I was extremely happy with my experience at Springfield, this in autobody terms was a small job but I was treated with the same respect as anyone else and got the same expert service as anyone else, Lise and her entire crew were outstanding , efficient and friendly, the car was taken in when it was scheduled and completed on time after having done a great job, I am very happy with the entire process and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone - job well done everyone!! Recently I had a great experience with the new owner of Springfield Auto body , Harj . I had a very poor experince with the previous owners of Springfield Auto Body which I posted . Harj contacted me out of blue to correct the wrong from the previous owners . I have to say I was taken a back and very happy Harj cared that much to repair someone elses mistake . Since then I gotten to know Harj and can vouge that Harj is committed to customer service and to produce the best product possible . I would highly recommend Springfield Auto Body . I will be bring all my Autobody work

Outstanding service! Very helpful guidance from Harj, front of house, from the get go -everything from how to be in touch with ICBC to setting me up with a loaner vehicle. All players were friendly and professional and the work was efficient, timely and flawless. The staff was knowledgeable and polite, brought my transmission in 5 mins before close, the next day I had a call in a hour after they opened, and they already had my transmission apart, and gave me the grave information that it was doomed. I went in to pick it up, and they had it apart and showed me the problems and advised what could be done with it. They did not even charge me. Highly recommended.

AMAZING! My car had a bad paint job completed at some point in its life (the entire passenger side paint was wearing away down to the undercoat). Garry and the team at Springfield Auto Body took my baby from ugly to gorgeous speedy-quick! I was very impressed with their super clean facility and Jolene was incredibly nice to chat with!

I was in a pinch and needed a brake job done. These guys helped me out and squeezed me in and did a fantastic job. Im new to town and might have found the mechanic you can trust...he advised me that my rear brakes can wait until next year instead of trying to get me to do them now.

Brad (the new owner/manager) is such a great guy. I had a very pleasant experience, and when there was a tiny defect in the grill they imported I was told and recommended to reorder at no extra charge. Honest people.
