A business is defined and represented by the individuals who work and manage there. I have been going to Sonic Wash since the first day they opened. Most of the time I treat myself to frozen yogurt and use the tunnel wash. I have also spent many dozens of dollars buying snacks, wash cloths, lottery tickets etc.. Most of the tunnel washes do a reasonable job and I go there because its fast and thorough. On one occasion the tire polish only did half the wheel on the right side so I went in to ask for a redo which they promptly agreed to. Earlier this week I had a much bigger issue and without getting in to the details I will say that I was met with some unexpected and costly repairs. After explaining to Seth (the Assistant Manager) what had happened and who I thought should take responsibility for it, he kindly listened to me and assured me he would do his best to make things right. I honestly was expecting that they would not do anything about the situation and I would leave upset. Well not surprisingly (based on the other great reviews here) they totally impressed me with their professionalism and commitment to the absolute best customer service available. Seth and Chris compensated me fully for the incident and I left feeling valued and appreciated. The repairs actually ended up being less than the cheque amount so I tried to return the difference but Seth let me keep it anyway as a good faith offer. I am tremendously happy with Sonic Wash, the staff, management and will continue to frequent them week after week for years to come. Its about time I purchase their monthly frequent washers membership. Thank you Seth and Chris for elevating yourselves to Customer Service Masters. I am truly grateful for the experience knowing you have taught me what it means to run a business successfully. People over Profits!

Great car wash in itself, But the staff and requesting information extremely lacking!! This company has been in business for over a year and they dont even have a website for pricing! let alone this is supposed to be a membership for the bay wash as well as auto, and they still dont even have their system running yet! we just moved to the Westside and was shocked on how unorganized things were and how they couldnt answer basic questions! the only system they have up and running for membership is the auto wash well with jacked up trucks as well as classic low cars cant go in auto wash due to size as well I dont want my rims getting wrecked. The bay washes are what is useful and they only have the basic coin operated bays not the subscription on which I am looking for. Not even Gift cards for the bay washes!

Drove by the place on the way to our hotel after driving down from Banff. Was happy to know our hotel in West Kelowna was near the car wash, so we hopped into the car to give it a good clean as wed driven from Banff and hit snow, rain and all sorts of fun that comes with driving Highway 1 during March. Anyhow, was amazed at the car wash bays (used the self-serve wand wash) and then went to go use the FREE vacuums. I was expecting the vacuums to be weak and not very strong... boy, was I wrong as the vacuum were not only strong but had one on either side of the car to make it super convenient to access the entire car! I drive a small SUV and was able to clean the front, back and even the trunk area with no problems! You guys need to open a location in Vancouver!

Coming through on my way home to Kamloops and decided to get my car washed which hasnt been done for a long time. Usually going to a car wash is just something what you usually just wanted to get over with so you can go about your regular day. However this one was different, you are greeted by a smiling face who is ready to help you if you need help. Then i had to wait my turn but, as i enter the tunnel wash, it felt like a good ole slow amusement park ride, with lights, cleaning apparatuses moving in different direction and other various sprays. It was a promising first time experience, and will probably head there when i drive by to Kelowna to get my car wash again. Also maybe next time i will try and come try out their yogurt which looked quite tempting.

My husband and I came here two days in a row and had a great experience both times. We had just driven across the US to Kelowna, therefore, we had A LOT of mud and dirt on the vehicle. Joel went above and beyond to take the hitch off our vehicle in order for it to go through the car wash and put it back on. The next day we came back because the bottom was still muddy and Wes pressure washed the bottom of the vehicle and even the water proof bags we had stored out things in on the hitch.. which were ohh so disgusting from being outside during the drive. These guys were so accommodating and definitely have the attitudes that make us want to come back whenever we need service. Thanks Guys!

A great wash facility and free vacs offered too. Overall a 5 star BUT 1 staff member today, late afternoon Sunday Feb 26, can really learn to smile and be human and just friendly. Was the worst staff member yet as she had to tap on my driver window so adamantly and when I already knew how to put in neutral after being directed in and had been there many times. Be nice or get a new job!!! 3 stars for now until either she leaves or develops a personality! Like I say though overall a 5 star rating.

Went to the car wash and paid for the most expensive wash as my truck is dark brown. At the end of the wash the shammy dry only worked for the top of the truck and not the sides. I inquired after the wash to be told that they arent working due to electrical issues. Funny it didnt say that at the beginning when I paid. The young manager offered to take some staff and wipe it down by hand. By then it was dry and had spots all over. Went to a better car wash the next day. Poor job guys!

Best car wash in Kelowna it actually cleans your vehicle. I brought a customers car in to get washed and it had a bike rack on the back. They said they cant wash cars with bike racks. I was attempting to take it off in the parking lot. A sonic wash employee Joel came out and helped figure it out and we got the bike rack off and I was able to get the customers car wash. Thank you Joel and the the Sonic Wash staff for their outstanding customer service. Keep up the great work.

Great car wash and convenience store. The self serve bays for washing are roomy and everything kept very clean. The store has lots to offer, hot dogs, frozen yogurt and anything you could need. The staff were friendly but very busy. We were there on Sunday and it was a hopping! Only thing is the tunnel wash isnt running yet but they said in the next week or 10 days. Vacuums are great as well and free! Will return for sure!
