I have never met such a rude and hostile sales person in my life. I would not recommend this dealership to any person in Kelowna. Dont waste your time here! The ONE thing I do love is how the owner comments on my review with a downright lie! After each showing our valid drivers licenses and agreeing to have an employee come in the car with us for a test drive, he denies us the opportunity to drive his car. It is shocking to see the management (or lack there of) that runs this place.

If I could give them zero stars I would! Had nothing but trouble with the cars (yes I bought two... Big mistake!) I got there! Both had problems within 24 hours after purchase. First time the response was adequate. The second time I was told it was my problem. Very rude! Would not recommend!

To respond to his comment about the "teenagers" below, my partner and I experienced discrimination as well by management , we have also filed a formal complaint. Interesting enough, anyone positive review that has been left here are by individuals sharing the same last name as the manger.
