My husband and I ran into car trouble on our way up to Kelowna one Friday night. The team at Rutland took us in first thing the following morning, diagnosed the issue and made some adjustments so we could make it back to Vancouver to see our regular mechanic. They did it all within 45 minutes while we waited and refused to take any payment! These guys were amazing.

I cant say enough good things about this place. Lyle gave us an exact quote that was FAR less than any of the other guys. He took the time to look at the car before quoting us and had the work done within 2 days of us stopping in. Being new to Kelowna, I feel so lucky to have found a reliable mechanic so quickly. Super quick, honest, family-run shop. We needed new rear pads and rotors and they had it done before our bus got back downtown! We were in Kelowna for vacation and had an unexpected brake emergency – Rutland turned it around right away, and for two-thirds the cost of the other guys. Couldnt ask for more.
