I been to the one in Arlington washington and a number of others.down to spokane to a couple as well.No real complaints about this one.Actually enjoy myself there.Dont realy know why some people are complaining about this or that.Bought a whole car one timevw golf;it went all the way to montreal and back no problems.They said it needed brakes;but it didnt.It even passed the safety inspection in Quebec.I would give 5 stars but no ones perfect.

My mom sold them a van and they were supposed to send her a check so 2 weeks later no check so she phones them and ask a the girl about the check and says shes a not on their list to get a check and my mom told her she said they would mail it to my mom the girl said my mom is rude and hung up on her... My mom is 85 and that woman was the rde one... So where is he check?

They saved our vacation after thieves smashed my car window. I called every glass shop in the Okanagan and was told no one had the window I needed in stock. Luckily Pick n Pull had several windows and were happy to help. Thanks guys, our vacation wasnt ruined afterall! :)

Had the model of car and the part I needed, saved at least 150 dollars over ordering a new part from the dealership. Only complaint is that it was a looong walk to get to the row that held the car I needed. They really should provide shuttle service in a golf car, LOL.

Pricey parts. You grab one part and find out they have charged you for 10parts, every bolt and bolt. Constantly send customers out to the yard when they do not have a vehicle even remotely close to the one you are looking for.. Just wasting time and taking dollars.

Friendly energetic staff who are eager to try and assist. But having worked in a demanding inventory environment, I feel that more training of staff in how to cross reference information between different makes and models for clientelle would be extremely helpful.

Called 10-20x in 2 hours busy every time the only time it actually rang was 10m to 5pm and they sent me to the automated message when they close at 5 so much for useful staff

They have a website you can check if your unsure if they will have a parts car for you but its safe to say unless it was a limited run car they will have something for you

good wrecking yard like they all are, however if you need a gas tank..forget it the staff puncture each and all of them at least 3 times
