On my way home, I got a flat tire somewhere on the road of peachland. It was my first try in switching the flat tire to a spare tire I had so I was having difficulties. However someone in the truck offerred a help. He was apparntly one of the employees of Ok Tire and was really kind to give me a hand in putting on a spare tire. The next day I decided to visit Ok Tire to replace the flat one and was met with a kind and honest staff member who provided the best options for me. My flat tire had to be replaced with new one and since all of my other three tires were worn off I was recommended to change all. I am very satisfied with the service they provided and very thankful for the help that good Samatarian provided for me. I am now waiting to bring my car to their shop as they booked me in for the same day. Thank you Ok Tire!

I recently purchased four rims for my Acura CL at the best price in Kelowna. During my install, two of my tires had worn outer wear due to poor alignment and loss of air (from defective rims). The owner recommended I replace both tires but I was not in a position to do so. When I went to pick up my car the owner replaced both of my worn tires with two similar used tires that were in better condition at "no extra cost" to me. The owner "Mat" stated he did not want to see me leave his shop with tires that were unsafe and took it upon himself to look after my safety. Now that is what I call "Service " Im rating my service as five stars plus. Theres no doubt were Ill be purchasing my next set of tires. Great overall experience for a first time customer. John M. FANTASTIC service! They are all so nice and professional, and give great service at an honest good price. Chad and his team have gone above and beyond for me. Last year Christmas Eve morning I had a bolt stuck in my tire and even though they were fully booked they took me in and fixed my tire. This year they are changing my tires over, and again even though they are fully booked, they are doing a much needed oil change. Thank you Chad and everyone at OK Tire West Kelowna. You really are the best.

Unfortunately had the most awful balance problem after getting my winter tires swapped out and two new tires fitted. The hassle of having to go back and get it sorted properly is a nightmare my time is too valuable. Ended up living with a nightmare steering shake for 3 months and took them in to Midas who said every tire was well out of balance. But as for Midas just front brake pad quote at $297, did it myself in 30 mins for $35.

I had a serious fluid leak somewhere on my 2007 Pontiac G6 GT and Chad and his team took on the challenge and in a very short period of time figured it out. Even more impressive was they ordered parts and had the repair completed within 24 hours of my car being in their shop. Ive been getting my tires changed at OK Tire for a few years now, and they always provide quick, affordable, quality work, with great customer service. I recently had my summer tires changed, and a few days later drove over a screw and got a flat. They repaired, changed, and put on the tire, and even stowed my spare, within 20 minutes with no appointment, and did it for me no charge! These guys are amazing.
