An honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly automotive repair shop... I called Leslie to book in my truck for a serious hesitation, rough idle, lack of power on acceleration and an inability to shift up under load. Leslie had an extremely bubbly polite personality on the phone as she was booking in my appointment. As it turned out Al the licensed Red Seal technician did a full diagnostic and found a vacuum leak causing all the driveability concerns I was experiencing. Grant one of the service advisers called me to explain step by step where they found the vacuum leak and what was done to repair it. Grant was very professional and courteous on the phone. I was prepared for a large repair bill. To my surprise the whole diagnostic and repair bill came under $150.00 I highly recommend and personally endorse Highway 33 AutoPro Automotive Repair Shop. The starter motor on the Kia Sportage I drive sounded it was on its last legs and had let me down a couple of times, far from home! I was looking for a place to have the motor replaced and a colleague here at Septen Financial recommended Napa on Highway 33, which happens to be just across Highway 33 from our office. They gave me a reasonable quote immediately when I called them and were ready to take the Kia in the following day. That wouldnt quite work for me but Napa was happy to take it the following morning with the promise it would be ready by mid-afternoon. Well, wouldnt you know they called about 3 oclock to say the work had been done and the price was right on the quote. Napa did an awesome job; the starter continues to work beautifully with just the slightest touch needed to turn the engine over and without touching the gas pedal. Way to go Napa!

I have been coming to hwy 33 Auto pro for a couple years now. The owner Doug Hoy is extremely cheerful, honest and very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles. You got a ping...bang..or shimmy he will figure it out the problem and give you the best options available without the pushy sale tactics most shops use. His mechanics are top of the line and always fix any problems my truck has in a timely manner. Ive never been disappointed in the services received from Doug and his crew. I highly recommend this shop as your go-to for all your mechanical needs!!!

Needing to have work done on your vehicle is stressful enough but every experience Ive had with the team at Napa Autopro has been such a straightforward, honest and positive one. Doug is extremely knowledgeable, honest and accommodating and I would recommend his shop to anyone needing service on their vehicle. Great honest mechanics! I came in doing what most customers shouldnt do when visiting a shop. Admit they lack knowledge. Instead of being up-sold I left only paying for what I came for. I was concerned that I might need a possible brake job and turns out I didnt . Ive been taken advantage of before in other shops and it was nice to receive some honestly for a change! Thank you.

Had a vibration issue while on vacation here. They had great reviews so I took my SUV to them. They got me in the next day and had it fixed that same day. Didnt try to up sell me anything else.
