I got t-boned a few years ago and decided to use agars because of the close location as to where I was. Unfortunately, to my knowledge, it was a very bad mistake. The job seemed to be done right, but upon close inspection was done sub-par. Not only that, but the paint actually has started to chip away! These guys claim to have a lifetime warranty on their work, yet their paint doesnt even last a year! I noticed a few residual dents and decided to confront the head ups at the West Kelowna location (where I got it done). After a 20 minute argu- *ahem* conversation with one of the higher ups there, they basically told me that it wasnt their fault at all and that they wouldnt back their warranty. They basically blamed the whole thing on me (as well as the chipping paint?!? Like wtf). As far as I can tell, agars (could just be the west Kelowna location for all I know) are a bunch of scumbags preying on the undereducated and underage just to turn a profit on their misforune. I DO NOT recommend this garage In the slightest! Anybody looking for a garage should try Maaco (Boyd auto body isnt much better than these guys and youre welcome to lookup my review on them aswell).This is why they dont even deserve a single star. Dropped my car off with a big crack on the bottom of the bumper, talked to josh there and he assured they could do it, and did they ever they exceeded my expectation and went above and beyond on the paint getting the oem colour from Japan (my car is 1-1000 made) even staying over an hour late to let me come pick it up, josh and his whole crew really went all out to make sure it was perfect they will be handling any other repairs Ill be needing and they did it for the lowest cost in town. Big thanks to them!!

Good garage. One of the basics you have to have. Good people. Honest. Expensive,but what isnt. No rip offs and Kevin has a grat personality to boot.
