Worst experience ever. Had my car in the shop so I needed a rental and asked for a truck. It was short notice so I had to wait for them to clean it. The clean job was pretty bad and water everywhere. The gas tank was just under a quarter tank and the girl at the front desk who does the walk through with you, told me not to even bother fueling it up. I thought that was pretty cool until I brought it back. I left the truck at the shop where my car was and it still had half a quarter of a tank of gas in it. I get a call later the next day and the enterprise guy left a message saying that they were billing me for the fuel that I used. I was furious of course, so I called them and the guy told me that the truck was completely empty (lie because it still had at least half a quarter), and that they were charging me for fuel at $1.35/L. I told him that the girl at the front desk told me to not fuel it up and he acted as if I was stupid saying she would never say that, I got really mad and told him she did. He then went to tell me that she was not there to verify my story and that she would be back later that day and I quote "she will know the real truth behind this". He told me he could give me "a few bucks back" but I told him I wanted my complete refund because I wouldve fueled it up myself if I wouldve known that I had to pay $1.35/L. He told me he would call me back after he talked to the girl and he never did, this happened around 2 weeks ago and on my credit card they charged the full amount and didnt even give me my "few bucks back". Do not rent from this company, they have absolutely no customer service after you sign that rental.

I recently rented a van to move some personal items from Alberta to BC. I choose Enterprise for two reasons, they were almost half the cost of other providers and I had rented from them before and had great service. Two reasons alone everyone should rent from them or at least check them out in your decisions. But this time the Enterprise staff went over and above in providing service and assistance. First they upgraded the van to a larger one that was so easy to drive at no additional cost and secondly as all know driving through the mountains and on highways in the early spring means rocks..............well I got bombarded with them on my trip there and had multiple hips in the windshield. I had taken out the additional coverage on the van, it was worth it, I talked to Lorne the next day and he confirmed that the windshield was covered and he also went a step further to ease my mind completely. So two lessons learned, buy extra coverage it is worth it and secondly dont hesitate to contact Enterprise with any issue, they go over and above to ensure that their customers are well informed and to ease their minds. OK thirdly be honest if you are honest, most will be honest and courteous back Happy Happy customer that will use Enterprise ALWAYS

Today, my truck broke down, so I needed to rent a vehicle for the day while mine got fixed. I phoned Enterprise first because I had no way of getting to a car rental place without a taxi and their TV Ad stuck in my mind that they will pick up for free. When I called they asked me 2 questions; when would you like to rent (which I replied today) and for how long (which I replied 1 day). They said sorry were sold out. So I tried the local Avis rental company at 3650 Highway 97 (after I got the same story from a second rental company). Chad (the manager) picked me up and rented me a car. THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE CHAD!! Anyway, I asked him whats going on in town, everyone seems to be sold out; he responded that some companies will just tell you that if you only want to rent for 1 day because they dont make any money off you. I thought wow, thats poor customer service - if its true those 2 companies will never get my business again. So I phoned Enterprise backed and said I want to rent a vehicle. They asked me the same 2 questions; when and for how long. This time I told them I will rent for a week - NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY WERENT SOLD OUT. Avis, you have my business for life. Enterprise, youll never get another dime out of me!!

Rented a car our of Edmonton, to travel to Kelowna. The vehicle a new Chevrolet Malibu, began having difficulties starting, contacted Edmonton who said to attend this Enterprise location. On arrival spoke with an employee who I provided a brief synopsis of what was mechanically wrong with the vehicle. Was advised they had nothing available and could not be of assistance. He did however advise he would contact the airport location and attempt to assist me. I provided my name and telephone number as he did not have time to assist me right away, this occurred approx. 6 hrs ago and havent heard anything back since. After reading the reviews I decided to call and request a full size for a week (vehicle I was currently renting and needed swapped) AND they had an immediate availability.

Jason, the manager, is a great guy. I rented a Nissan Sentra for my honeymoon, and I had requested snow tires. When I picked up the car, they told me they didnt have any cars with snow tires left, so I was going to have to make due with the M+S (mud + snow) tires that came on the car. Made it to our destination no problem, however once there, it proceeded to snow and the M+S tires became useless. I was forced to buy snow chains for the car to climb hills, which was a bit of a pain. When I returned the car, I spoke to Jason about the situation, and he agreed to refund me the cost of the chains from my rental, and then provided me and my fiancé a ride out to our next destination, which he definitely didnt have to do. Thanks for looking out for your customers!

Useless. Reserved a car online (which was advertised as available online) and showed up to pick it up only to be told they didnt have any vehicles available. Im not really sure why theyre even open when they dont have vehicles to rent. They claimed they tried to phone to tell us but we never received a call despite having our number listed on the rental information. They were also unwilling to help us or offer alternative solutions to their screw up. Very disappointed and wont be using this company again.

Best price and service for rental cars in Kelowna! The service staff were fast to accommodate my reservation and get me on the road. Prices are competitive, more feasible to take a taxi from the Airport to this Enterprise location. Exceeded my expectations!

The best, been there 5 years. Last time I rented they were working overtime and drove me home when I arrived late even though their drivers had left for the day. George in Kelowna
