AND ..Yes it is possible to meet a car salesman and dealership with customer satisfaction their #1 priority. And yup its the price for sure but Larrabie at Elite gives you the personable experience without being treated like just another customer. Buying used is always a dice roll with mileage year warranty and the unknown factor of the used vehicle. Do your home work find the vehicle you want and Larrabie will not guide you down a path of false promises just to make a buck. This man put it straight forward with advice from his sales experience. Elite has a selection of used vehicles to fit your budget, in fact I purchased a 2015 silverado low mileage and compared this vehicle to perhaps other trucks with more options more mileage, this truck at Elite was the best value. I think volume of sales is more important than high priced limited sales, that was certainly my experience with Larrabie. He went the extra mile and located the second set of keys after my purchase, promptly notified me of this, even though the deal was closed, (He could have ignored the second set of keys and went on selling vehicles) Beat that, you cant and you can bet Ill recommend to anyone to Larrabie and Elite car sales. After attending other car sales dealerships and seeing the vehicles they tried to pawn off on me for extreme prices, Elite came through with flying colours. Stunning isnt it, it could happen to you, the first step is speaking with Larrabie, Cheers.....

I worked in auto service for 17 years as a service advisor and manager; I know how hard it is to find a reliable; trustworthy; and an honest place to get your vehicle serviced and repaired. Todays dealerships and repair shops focus on upselling additional maintenance and repairs; many of the front end staff are paid for upselling these items on top of their wage; or the upselling is built into the wage; which means the more they sell the more they make. This unfortunately turns into dishonest and unnecessary maintenance and repairs being performed. When I took my Jetta TDI to Elite they broke down the repairs and sent me pictures of the areas that needed to be addressed; there was no pressure and no upselling of unnecessary repairs. They offered my a replacement car and when I picked up my vehicle it was clean inside and out. Mike, and his team are honest, friendly, and put their customers first; I often recommend this service facility to my family and friends.

I have been going to Elite for both of our vehicles for many years and have always been extremely happy with the service but needed to share how they recently went above an beyond. I was shuttled home by James, a lovely young man who recently started at the garage. I asked how they usually get the rust off of bumpers as my rusty bumper had been bothering me for MONTHS! He gave me a few suggestions that I could try. When I got my truck back I noticed that my bumper GLEAMED! He had asked permission from his boss to take the extra time and effort to clean my bumper and make this busy mom of a toddler extremely happy. He did this of his own initiative. I must also mention that Dave was a terrific as always (getting James to shuttle me when CJ was busy) and the work done was affordable and prompt. Thanks, Elite!!

If there was a possibility for 10 stars, that would be my first choice. Elite Auto Centre has gone above and beyond my expectations as I was in recent need of transmission/clutch repair and was not sure of my next step. Mike Morra, the service manager, not only aided me in decision on my repair but also gave me the best deal in town, as I did my research with many shops. If your vehicle is ever in need for service, or if your looking to buy a used vehicle at the best prices and absolute BEST possible customer service without feeling the pressures of typical dealerships, then Elite Auto Centre should be YOUR first choice. David in the service department helped me purchase a 1973 BMW 3.0 CS from the area. They not only inspected the car, but I also had them perform some maintenance on the items they identified during the inspection. I flew into Kelowna, Elite picked me up at the airport and brought me to their shop. The car was everything they said it was. I jumped in the car and drove ~1,100 miles and didnt have a single mechanical issue with the car! David was especially helpful, and his communication was awesome. On top of it all, my expense was less than estimated, and rather than over charge me, they passed the savings back to me. In short, I would recommend this shop to anyone. Two words describe these guys: 1) Capable and 2) Integrity. A+++

I am so impressed with Elite Autos customer service!! Bert, Rachelle, and the owner have worked with me to ensure my satisfaction. I leased a car from them almost a year ago. Recently the clutch went out on my vehicle prematurely. It is a Mazda known nationwide problem. Although it was not Elite Autos fault, the cost was more than I could bear to fix. I turned to them for help. The owner agreed to pay almost half of the cost, PLUS give me a loner car while mine was being fixed! They did not have to provide anything. I am grateful, and recommend anyone needing a good reliable used car, and outstanding customer service to anyone! Thank you Elite Auto....thank you!!!

My husband and I recently purchased a used truck from Elite Motors. Jeremiah was the sales rep who assisted us with our purchase. We were a little apprehensive as we had never bought a truck before. Jeremiah was a perfect fit for us. He spent a lot of time explaining the truck and answering our questions. He was professional, friendly and courteous. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed. Heather in finance was also a jewel to work with. Cory even dug in and lent a helping hand. All in all a great group of people. I needed a truck for work and happened to end up in Elite Auto Centres lot late Friday afternoon, after speaking with Jeremiah my wife and I picked up our new truck Saturday morning. That fast and easy. I am beyond impressed with everyone at Elite. They got us the truck we needed and figured all our financing out for us hassle free. No one pushed anything on us and walked us through every step of the process. I can not express enough how professional Jeremiah and the staff at Elite are, they made buying a vehicle very easy. Super friendly and helpful. I was scared about financing, but Heather was able to put it into terms I could understand. She helped get the best rate possible with my "situation". Steve was awesome! Took me on a few test rides to find a great car I am happy with and fits my needs. Was offered a ride home when I could have just rode my bike home. That was very generous of them. Korey the owner has a very professional team to help you get into a ride. I definitly recommend this being your first stop!
