When I get advice from Bill I always know that I am getting an honest approach, with the best interest of the customer and car in mind. On the rare occasion that he cant do something, he always explains why. He works hard to create solutions for any situation he has presented to him. It takes a very discerning eye to "massage" dents out of vehicles. Its fun to see when the car comes back and the customer cannot tell where the dent was after the repair is complete! Bill is incredibly talented, and it shows in his work. I really appreciate the value he provides.
