We purchased a 2008 Dodge Durango from M & H Auto and have had nothing but problems with it, were lied to when we purchased it, and have had an exceptionally horrible experience dealing with them. When dealing with Perry, he ensured us the vehicle was going to the shop and any concerns we raised would be addressed. The back up sensor was broken, the wheels not aligned, check engine light on, every single console warning light was coming on, and a nearly dead battery. When we got the vehicle it was nearly empty on gas (they couldnt be bothered to even gas it up for us), and when we gassed it up and took it through the car wash we were very surprised to find out that there was a MAJOR leak in the sunroof and water was FLOODING in. Within a week we had to take the car to the shop twice, and still have a vehicle that has a MAJOR leak in the sunroof. Horrible experience!

I bought my son his first car from this dealer the spring of 2016 (2004 Acura). These cars are sold through Winn Automotive. When purchased, it had a a squeal coming from the steering and Winn Automotive said they would fix it at no cost as part of the purchase price. Our appointment to have it fixed was then cancelled by them and when we finally got them to look at it, they said they would order the part to repair it but we never heard from them again. Also, after a few months of driving this car we found out it goes through a lot of oil (this was not disclosed to us when we bought it).

Great experience. We rented a Uhaul from here with a plan to move to the US. However, my family and I were turned back at the border. The staff showed us nothing but empathy and concern and worked hard to get us a refund. I highly recommend M & H Auto and will use them in the future.
