Poor Customer Service - called in the morning at 9am to make an appointment , I was told the earliest time was 1pm, I confirmed and gave them my information including telephone number, drove to their location for 1 to be told the guys are not back yet from a job in the morning , then advised me that they had no idea when they would be back and that they would call me. I understand that sometimes a business falls off schedules but to not have the courtesy to call the customer to let them know - very poor customer service and unacceptable - thank-you for wasting my day & you just lost a customer

I agree poor customer service....the only one who knows anything about whats going on is the receptionist. Was on the phone for 15mins and talked to two guys who put me on hold to look up my order.
