After having moved to Kelowna recently from Winnipeg I had to start making new connections in the community. Back in Winnipeg I had a friend who owned his own body shop and looked after all my auto body needs. When I had the misfortune of having someone back in to my brand new 2017 Ford Escape earlier this summer I was referred by my local Ford dealer to Craftsman Collision on the west side. I followed up on this and met Greg Bradley, the manager there. Greg and his administrative officer, Cheryl, have treated me like gold. Greg very quickly determined that I was particular about my vehicles and took the time to explain to me what they would do relative to my current repair needs. One thing was clear immediately and that was that they dont take shortcuts. Greg gave me a tour of the shop and I found it to be impeccably clean and tidy (something you dont often find with auto repair shops) with nothing but state-of-the-art equipment being employed. He also said that I could drop by anytime during the repair process for my car and see how things were going without the need for an appointment. They would show me my car in whatever state it was in at the time of my visit. Greg and his team are the consummate professionals. It is obvious that they enjoy their jobs, perform an exemplary level of work and communicate very effectively. They also have courtesy cars available should one be required... and heres a bonus... they offer Air Miles reward miles with every repair! Thank-you Greg and all the folks at Craftsman Collision in West Kelowna for a job well done!

Greg and his staff were total professional in ever aspect of my repair. He always called to keep me informed of progress. We had a minor glitch he worked thru and I received my truck perfectly repaired on time, completely detailed and a little goodie bag in the front seat. Thanks! Definitely recommend this shop.

Not impressed. Minor fender bender, I had to come back a total of five times to have it fixed properly. Never would I ever recommend this place.
