We bought a 2008 Ford F-150 about 2 months ago and we couldnt be happier. I was aiming to write a review sooner but opted to wait until we took a few road trips and had a good feel for what we purchased. First, I cant say enough about Ward. The guy is one of the most genuinely nice people you might ever meet. He went above and beyond in guiding us through the whole process from start to finish. I came in with a budget and he stuck right to it -- even giving me a heads-up when new inventory was set to come in that I might like more than what I was considering so that in the end I got the best fit for myself and my family. Solid guy. You just cant go wrong with him. Chase him down as soon as you set foot on the lot! Securing financing was not a huge obstacle, and there wasnt the usual pressure to purchase this or that option/upgrade for the vehicle; we of course went for a sufficient warranty that suited our needs and we were supported in discovering what was best budget and needs-wise after many, many test drives. (Sorry, Ward!) They also offered a fantastic trade-in valuation on my Wifes used vehicle that was above what we expected! This allowed us to explore other options and, ultimately, an even better fit for our family in the long run. We had some first-hand experience with how they deal with issues within two weeks of having the truck as the front passenger wheel was making a strange rattling sound. One phone call and Ward had me in by noon that same day -- drove me back to work, had my vehicle in the shop asap, and even picked me up himself at the end of the day. Turns out it was a minor fix, but overall the service was what really stood out. Overall, the team we worked with was just plain great: welcoming, engaging, inclusive, attentive, not too pushy (just the right amount, in fact -- sometimes you need a nudge to get up the courage to ask that nagging question), and they followed up with some calls in the weeks after the purchase to make sure we were satisfied. As for the truck? Lets put it this way... I put 30,000 Km on my SUV over 3 years, and Ive put almost 6000 Km on my truck in the last few months cause all I wanna do is drive and use it. Purrs like a kitten... Seems Ward and the boys helped find the perfect fit. Thanks again, fellas.

I went to Buy Direct after feeling pressured by another sales person at another dealership. My new car had recently been totaled and I needed something else. I did not want new but I had specific requests and wanted a recent vehicle. Raylene, was super helpful. I contacted her online initially and she was professional and very accommodating with my schedule. She listened and then came up with some inventory that she felt met my needs. I loved the first vehicle she showed me. Test drive proved good so I purchased it. The finance guy - Trevor was also extremely helpful and made the process painless working with my particular needs. I got a great rate and a plan that meets my budget. I felt he listened to me and was working for me. Im thrilled with my new (to me) SUV. Its everything I wanted. I had a question about the tire tread and she researched the answer within a reasonable amount of time and got back to me. I had a few other questions to date have been unanswered but Im still communicating with them. Overall I was very pleased with the efficiency of the service, Raylenes vehicle knowledge and her overall attention and professionalism. It was a painless process. Im still waiting to hear back re a couple of other questions, however, I feel I was treated with respect and my particular needs were heard. Overall Id rate my experience as 4/5.. I would go back to them!

After looking around at a a few dealerships we came to Direct Buy Truck Center in Kelowna,BC. We had salesman after salesman from the other dealerships trying to give us a "good deal" and on arriving at Direct Buy we found out how horrible the current deals we had offered were..... From the wonderful customer service on picking a SUV, test driving, helping with financing, and offering our aftermarket unlimited coverage "bumper to bumper" (even though there is no such coverage they make it work for our needs), we have no complaints. We even found after purchasing that our one headlight had a small vapor leak and was catching condensation in it. A regular dealership would say , well you need to order new ones .. Direct Buy said.... "You know what ? Order the lights you want and we will cover half of the cost because we didnt know of the issue either ." Who does that ??? No one !!!! Thats who!! Well....... no one but Direct Buy that is !!! So if you need a great deal on a vehicle for your family make your first stop Direct Buy Tuck Center.. Oh ya forgot to add........ thanks for the $1000.00 in new winter rubber and the full tank of gas on purchase... not to mention the lender car when we need repairs. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD PERIOD WITH A LARGE PURCHASE!!!

I contacted the dealership about a month ago thru there website. I was interested in a F-150 Platinum that was on the lot. I got a response the following day. Just basically stating the vehicle was available and when would I come in for a test drive. I told him before I test drive Id like some info about the truck which was sent to me. The truck had out of province declaration and an accident claim. I submitted an offer based on Canadian Black Book retail average pricing that takes in consideration of kilometres, and trim level. I was basically told no and made to feel like an idiot and never received any counter offer. I was seriously interested in the vehicle. The salesman was very unprofessional in his one word answer emails, tried nothing to gain my business, had no idea how to construct an intelligent email and basically sucked at his job. Ive purchased a truck from the dealership before but didnt purchase the beauty sitting in my driveway today. Ill never be back and will never recommend or suggest to anyone that they should do business ******** Ive never seen so many negative Google reviews about one company before.*******(

Did not have a good experience there. Found a vehicle there for a good price, and the price wasnt even worth buying it from there. Awful customer service, went in to ask about a car and the salesman didnt hardly discuss anything with me. Just gave me the keys and walked away. Its not like I needed the keys to get in anyway because the car battery was dead. Tough to test drive a vehicle without a battery. They said theyd charge it, but I could only test drive it around the parking lot. Some crap if you ask me, if you expect anyone to spend $5000 on a vehicle with over 200k km, without seeing how it drives on a road is ridiculous. Fantastic, I know how my new sports car will handle when Im driving in the parking lot grabbing groceries... Especially over cocky salesman who was sure to tell me how "quickly" the car would sell, as its sat on the lot for well over a month before they likely just shipped it off to another dealership because they dont know how to sell vehicles. I would never recommend somebody go here if they want to drive the vehicle they purchase.
