Good morning, If you need to keep up with your cheerful day , do not talk to Dan Streifel to book an appointment to get your tires changed. I asked for a quote to get 2 tires changed, Dan replied $40- $50. each.I booked the appointment. I needed a proper quote, to get the funds ready. I called back upon the day of my appointment, I spoke to Dan Streifel, I apologized if I was calling before business hours, Dan snapped at me.....I repeated my apology. I proceeded to inquire about how much will it be to have 2 tires changed on my vehicle..Dan said he already quoted me a price, with hostility in his voice, Dan Streifel hollered at me to cancle my appointment and go somewhere else. Dan slammed the phone down on my ear.... I called back to Westbank Budget Brake & Muffler to confirm his last name to me.. and Dan did verify that it was he. Why should a beautiful reputable company like this one spend tons of advertising dollars to build up their business name and hire an obnoxious old employee to tear your business down ?

RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! I took my truck to Dan multiple times to fix an issue with it not starting consistently. After replacing the fuel pump, crank sensor and a few other minor things, the problem had not gone away. He also repaired things that were not broken and I did not ask him to repair. After spending nearly $2000 dollars on bogus repairs the problem was still there. I took my truck to another shop and they found the real problem in two hours. It was an electrical problem and they fixed it the first time for under $300 dollars. Never ever take you vehicle to budget or you will regret it!! I know several people who have taken their vehicles there and every one of them were disappointed with the job they had done. Please do your research and find a good shop to get your vehicle repaired at, Dan is not even a licensed mechanic and I wish I had taken my vehicle to a reputable shop so much sooner!

Went to get my radiator replaces and its still leaking!! Went to take it back Dan said it was the over flow and got that fixes and its still leaking!!! There goes $650!!! Not impressed!!
