Since I am not able to respond to the owners response, I am editing my review as a response. I am the one who fully paid for the limo that night, not someone else in the party like you said. You really think I would direct Roy to drive around in circles around the block for an hour?? I wanted an hour long limo ride and yes we wanted to be dropped off downtown. I didnt say exactly where to drive, wanted him to drive around where he was comfortable and the ride would be nice, so maybe that was my fault as I didnt expect he would drive in circles over and over. I have no reason to lie about Roy yelling for us to shut up while he was driving. He did, and it made the rest of the ride totally uncomfortable the rest of the time. The speakers were not working properly, we were not able to play our own music and the people in my party 100% know how to use a system. When we told you it wasnt working at the bathroom stop, you took it defensively! I was so uncomfortable! I have never in my life wrote a bad review for a company, but this was ridiculous. This is my honest review and I have no reason to lie. Original review: Do NOT go with this company if you care about your night out at all. Absolutely horrible. I am not one to write a bad review...but I was very disappointed. Paid for an hour of being in the limo, he drove around the block downtown Kelowna for the whole hour, around and around in circles around one block! The music wouldnt work, the speakers were so horrible we couldnt listen to music. Didnt even say thank you when I tipped him, just walked away. I was very shocked. Another thing is that when my one friend was getting a bit loud in the limo ( Roy would not put down the partition) he turned his head and yelled back at everyone to shut up! Extremely rude....considering it was not very loud at all in the limo and we did have a good amount of people inside.

If 0 stars was an option thats what I would have went with. For someone in the customer service business this guy was a complete clown. Typically limo drivers adapt to what the customers want, not Roy. Mad because we made an extra stop, chewed out one of the guys getting out of the limo because he thought he scuffed his ride, was mad when we didnt leave right when we said we were going to. Basically said "F- you guys" at one point during the evening, arent we paying you! It was a bachelor party and he didnt ruin the night, but he certainly took away from it. At the end of the night realized that he wasnt going to get a tip so decided to charge us $187.50 more for an extra stop (he told me that he wouldnt charge us for the transfers) and being 30 minutes late. What a joke. If you choose this company you absolutely will be disappointed, so please pass this review along.

If I could give less than a star I would. I confirmed reservation with the owner through email, on the phone, and by giving my credit card for the deposit. However, the night he was supposed to provide myself and my girlfriends transportation in his limo he did not show up!! When I called he completely disregarded the fact that we had even spoke or had any communication at all prior to this night. All he kept telling me was that he does not make mistakes and that he could not do anything to help me out. I have no idea how he could of forgotten that we had spoke less than a week before the arranged picked up date!! He was very frustrating to talk to on the phone and I would NEVER recommend his services!! He would of completely ruined my friends stagette night if it werent for another limo company(which we had to pay double because it was booked last minute!).

Roy has very poor customer service, I suggest booking with a different limo company. He wasnt friendly and was late to pick our party up. He said there was complimentary ice which there wasnt, he told us he just got a new sound system which clearly wasnt true with the way the music was playing. We asked him to close the partition and he said no without properly explaining why. Our friend asked him a question and he said "Ive had enough out of you tonight!" for no reason. He tried rushing us when we paid for an hour (and he was 10 minutes late). We asked him to take a group photo for us and he refused. Roy is in the wrong business for sure, if you are unfriendly and rude you should be in a job where you dont deal with people!

I had such a good time with Accent Limousine. The driver, Roy, was super friendly treated me and all my friends like ladies opening the door and greeting each of us! The limo was decked out, super clean, classy and comfortable. The lights and sound system were awesome. Our driver drove us around downtown and we all had a great experience cat calling out the windows and rocking out to our music. The driver made a couple extra stops we asked him to (obviously at no extra charge to us). I have no idea what previous reviewers are talking about. Either they didnt use this service or it sounds like an isolated incident. I`ve used Roy many times and will continue to do so for every big event we have. Nothing but rave reviews!

Friends & I used the services of Accent Limousine for a girls night out!..We found Roy to be very professional, especially in regards to his timeliness. The limousine itself was very spacious, clean and seemed very well maintained. Will definitely be recommending the services of Accent Limousine to friends. Thanks again!

Accent Limousine has always been great when we have hired him for birthdays or girls nights out. Always punctual and friendly! Its always a blast, we are able to hook up our iphone and play any music we like. The interior and exterior are always clean. Will continue to use Accent Limousine for future events.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Roy had a very difficult time understanding my clearly-laid-out itinerary in my initial email asking for a quote, so I made it even more clear. His response to my request was "Sorry.". Clearly he is not interested in doing his job... dont even bother calling or emailing!

Ive used Accent Limousine a few times and have never been let down! He is very reasonable and friendly and aways punctual. Ive used his service for a few different occasions and have always had such a great experience! I wouldnt go with any other service in kelowna. Keep up with the great work.

On our wedding day, my wife was asked for payment as shes about to walk down the aisle. Its ok, she probably didnt have enough going on at that exact moment. There were plenty of other opportunities to ask for payment. Perhaps he can ask again at the birth of our first born.
